This mobile home park is located in the ever popular Benidorm, in Costa Blanca, Spain. Benidorm is a great favourite with the British public, not only because of its easy reach from many airports in the UK but the unique micro-climate created by the surrounding hills makes it one of the best destinations in the Mediterranean. Surrounded by the mountains of Sierra Cortina and Puig Campana to the north and Tossal de la Cala to the west somewhat protects the city from winds.
There are two parts to Benidorm commonly known as “old Benidorm” and “new Benidorm”, both parts are fronted by Mediterranean bays and separated by the marina. Benidorm has 3 fantastic and clean beaches, the Poniente beach (old town), Malpas beach (by the marina) and the Levante beach (new town).
Benidorm is the Costa Blanca’s biggest tourist attraction by far, and the towns organisational skills and tourist “know how” should see this trend continue and grow. If you’re looking for somewhere on the Spanish Costa Blanca which is never short of something to do all year round, day after day, year in and year out then Benidorm is very hard to compete with. It has everything; beautiful beaches to relax and soak up the sun, family entertainment or action packed; bustling, varied, exciting days.
If you fancy something a little different, then our mobile homes are also situated just 10 minutes from Altea. About 15km north of Benidorm and just south of Calpe, Altea is one of the villages in the area which has maintained most of the former fishing village flair of the past times. Altea centre still gives you this kind of Spanish village look, famous for its church Nuestra Senora del Consuelo or Virgen de Consuelo. Along with the church, the most attractive place around Altea is its harbour with many nice restaurants and bars. Altea beaches are not those sandy beaches as you might expect along the south of the Costa Blanca and Alicante, but they sometimes offer wonderful views and nice niches to relax.
The mobile home park should cater for everything you will need, not only is the location fantastic you will find indoor and outdoor swimming pools, Jacuzzi, hydro-massage, sauna and steam room, along with massage, spa and wellness treatments on site. Other facilities also include a bar / restaurant / takeaway, a gym, tennis courts and a child’s crèche if required.

2) What does a viewing trip include?
Viewing of development at your leisure and tour of local area.
3) How much deposit is required?
10% deposit secures your mobile home. For special offers the remaining balance is due 28 days from invoice date.

4) Do I lose my deposit?
Your deposit will be refunded in full once we have re-sold your reserved mobile home and/or plot, less any expenses that may be incurred by ourselves.
5) What is included in the price?
Furnished mobile home sited and connected on to your own plot.
5a) Are there any additional fees to pay
Approximately 90m² plot = Annual plot fee from 4,500€ (Payable 12 months in advance)
6) What are the running costs? (At time of writing March 2017)
Plot fee which is from 4,500€.
Electricity is billed on consumption at 0.39€ per KW.
Water is included within your plot fee so is free of charge.
Gas is bottled – Current price = €16.
7) What are the plot sizes?
Approximately 90m² but we have various sizes.
8) How long can I keep my mobile home on site for?
As long as required, condition of mobile home and plot must be well maintained.
9) Can I sell or rent my mobile home if required?

10) What facilities are available on site?
Indoor swimming pool, outdoor swimming pool, Jacuzzi, hydro-massage, sauna, steam room, massage, spa and wellness treatments, a gym, tennis courts, bar / restaurant / takeaway and a child’s crèche if required.
11) What facilities are nearby?
There are shops, 2 large supermarkets, medical centre, dentist, bars, restaurants, petrol station and miles of beaches along with places of interest such as churches and a museum. 500 meters away you have a minimarket, pharmacy, a bank and a cafeteria.
12) Would I need to hire a car whilst over there?
Not necessarily, there is a bus stop and train station within walking distance of the park, this means you can get the bus to the beach or into the centre of Benidorm if you wanted and you could get the train to Alicante for the airport.
13) How far are the nearest golf courses and beaches situated?
There are various golf courses within 10 minutes’ drive from the park. The best 18 hole pitch and putt course in the Costa Blanca is available at Sierra Cortina or two full 18 hole golf courses at Club de Golf Real de Faula / Villaitana Golf Club with par 72 / 62 respectively. The nearest beach is Benidorm beach and is approximately 10 minutes away.
14) How far is the site from the nearest airport?
Alicante airport is approximately 30 minutes’ drive away, approximately 50km away.
15) What is the weather like?
Benidorm’s sunshine is part of what makes it one of the best holiday destinations in the Mediterranean with its unique micro-climate created by the surrounding hills meaning holidaying all year round is a definite possibility. With approximately six hours of sunshine per day in winter and mild temperatures, the summertime enjoys around twelve hours of sun per day with some humidity.
16) Are pets allowed on site?
Yes pets are allowed.
17) How long is the site open for and how long can I stay here for?
The park is open for 12 months of the year so you may visit as often as you wish as stay for as long as you wish.
18) Does all work on plots have to be done by site owners?
Mobile home owners can supply and build their own terraces although we can assist you in doing this if required. Sheds and storage boxes are permitted.
Viewing trips to Spain, Costa Blanca, Benidorm
We have 2 options available on this mobile home park. Option 1 – 2 nights accommodation in a hotel with a tour of the park, the viewing of mobile homes (where available), tour of local area and possible collection from airport. Alternatively, option 2 – you can make an appointment to be shown around the park and the homes available during a day visit.
Option 1 – Your viewing trip starts when you meet up with our customer service team either at Alicante airport or at your hotel in Alicante / Benidorm where you can check-in and make the arrangements to view the park and the local area the following day. You will now be able to relax for the rest of the day/evening. If required our team can inform you of the local area, the location of amenities, the way to the sea front, harbour, restaurants and answer any initial questions you may have.
The next day they will show you around the site and answer any further questions you may have. You may then want to take a walk along the beach, explore surrounding towns and villages, take a drive around the local area or visit some of the local attractions in Benidorm. If you would like to take a drive and explore yourself then our team will always be on hand for advice, directions and any other information you may require.
That night you get to relax in your hotel again before heading back to the airport for your return flight home. You may wish to return to the park the following day for a final look before flying back, this is fine and our team will be available to take you back for a second look.
At no time during the visit will you be under any pressure or obligation to purchase. We will then ensure that you are given our full assistance and guide you through your purchase.
Option 2 – You contact our office with your planned travel arrangements and day of arrival with an approximate time for when you would like to view the park. We then make the arrangement for you to come and view the park and homes (where applicable). Unfortunately an appointment is necessary to view the park as this is a residential style community and we like to keep disruption to home owners to a minimum. We do not employ high pressure sales teams and at no time during the visit will you be under any pressure or obligation to purchase. We believe that the product, once seen sells itself and if you are interested, you will contact us to complete the purchase. We will then ensure that you are given our full assistance and guide you through your purchase if required.
Your travel arrangements are booked in conjunction with our UK office subject to availability. This will be coordinated with our customer service team in Spain. We can give friendly advice and help about where and how to book your flights and car hire if required; we will arrange and reserve your accommodation (Usually payable locally on arrival at the hotel). It may be possible for us to collect and return you to Alicante airport. Please note: Brand new mobile homes are not already sited on the mobile home park, these models must be viewed in the UK either prior to, or after your park visit. Please call us if you are interested in viewing a new mobile home, we will locate your requested make/model of home on a showground in the UK, trying to provide a location as close to you as we possibly can. Any resale mobile homes we may have listed on the website are situated on the park and will be available to view with your appointment.
Viewing trip costs will be refunded up to a maximum of £150 if you proceed to purchase. Your accommodation invoice or flight receipt will be required for the credit adjustment and will be shown as a credit on your final invoice. The cost is not redeemable in conjunction with any other special offer, price reduction, discounts or promotions.
