This park is in a great location and is built into the hillside so most plots have excellent sea views – facilities include a swimming pool (open April – October) and the shop, restaurant with takeaway, bar, laundrette and children’s play area are all open all year. There is a selection of bars and restaurants near the park entrance and an under pass leads down to a lovely sandy beach so no roads to cross. Locally there is a choice of golf clubs, a water sports centre, cycling tennis and horse riding and the local town is just a 15-minute walk from the park – a coastal walk with fabulous views. The town has restaurants, bars, banks, shops and street market – also the old town with its winding cobbled streets, Catalonian houses and traditional tapas restaurants also house the municipal market, pretty parish church and the square where many festivals are held.
A trip to the vibrant cosmopolitan city of Barcelona is a must – the perfect mix of city and beach with style, fashion and culture – its 2000-year history provides Roman walls and ruins and impressive architecture. The museums display works of Salvador Dalí and Pablo Picasso, there are restaurants run by some of the finest chefs in the world – and the famous Las Ramblas is buzzing with shops, bars, street artists and street performers. Barcelona is easily reached by car or by bus or trains which run along the coast from the local town.
Drive north from the park – and you can be in southern France in just over an hour and a half – the perfect opportunity to enjoy a wine tasting tour. The Languedoc region offers a greater variety of wines than anywhere else in the world.

Your deposit will be refunded in full once we have re-sold your reserved mobile home and/or plot, less any expenses that may be incurred by ourselves.
5) What is included in the price?
Furnished mobile home sited and connected on to your own plot.

There is no age restriction to mobile homes – you may keep your mobile home on the park for as long as you require – the condition of mobile home and plot must be well maintained.
9) Can I sell or rent my mobile home if required?
Yes, we can advertise your mobile home for sale on our website, please click here to view our mobile home resale service. Subletting is not permitted.
10) What facilities are available on site?
The park has a swimming pool (open from April – October). The restaurant, bar, shop, laundrette and play areas are open all year.
11) What facilities are nearby?
There is a selection of bars and restaurants nearby and the town (a 20 minute walk along the coast road) has restaurants, bars, supermarkets, banks and markets – There are opportunities for walking, cycling, tennis and horse riding and there is a water sports centre nearby.
12) Would I need to hire a car whilst over there?
Not necessarily – there is a local bus service and a train station in the local town. Barcelona Airport can be reached by train or bus but you would have to change to get to the airport. The bus trip from the nearby town to Barcelona Airport takes approximately 1 hour 45 minutes.
13) How far are the nearest golf courses and beaches situated?
The beach is just a short 3 minute walk from the park and there are several golf courses within 12km of the park.
14) How far is the site from the nearest airport?
The park is approximately 60 km from Barcelona Airport and 40 km from Girona Airport.
15) What is the weather like?
The area enjoys a Mediterranean climate with long hot summers and short mild winters. Summer temperatures average approximately 24ºC with July being the hottest month. January is the coldest month of the year when average temperatures are around 8ºC and October is the wettest month.
16) Are pets allowed on site?
Pets are allowed to stay on the park
17) How long is the site open for and how long can I stay here for?
The park is open for 12 months of the year
18) Does all work on plots have to be done by site owners?
