The golden sands of the Mediterranean Sea are only a short 10 minutes’ walk away and you can stroll along the beach to Marbella. The local supermarkets are only a couple of hundred meters walk away and the bus stop only 50 meters away with buses running every 30 minutes into Fuengirola, Benalmádena, Torremolinos, Malaga, Marbella and the chic Puerto Banus.
Marbella is one of the Costa del Sol’s major tourist centres and a paradise for golf lovers with at least 12 magnificent courses allowing you to play the sport with a fantastic backdrop provided by the sea and the mountains. Marbella is deservedly one of the Costa del Sol’s prime destinations with its excellent climate, beaches, natural surroundings and fantastic local cuisine. Clear proof of the high quality of its infrastructure is Puerto Banús, one of the most symbolical spots in Marbella. This famous marina welcomes some of the biggest and most luxurious yachts in the world every year, its facilities also offer restaurants and shops selling designer labels and luxury items.
Our site is open for 12 months of the year so you may visit as often as you wish and stay for as long as you like, enjoy a drink by the pool or sit on your terrace and enjoy the warm Mediterranean sun. We can offer a choice of competitively priced mobile homes here in Spain, mobile homes are becoming more and more popular due to the relatively low capital cost compared with a villa or apartment and they carry no property tax.

2) What does a viewing trip include?
Viewing of development at your leisure and tour of local area.
3) How much deposit is required?
10% deposit secures your mobile home. For special offers the remaining balance is due 28 days from invoice date.

4) Do I lose my deposit?
Your deposit will be refunded in full once we have re-sold your reserved mobile home and/or plot, less any expenses that may be incurred by ourselves.
5) What is included in the price?
Furnished mobile home sited and connected on to your own plot.
5a) Are there any additional fees to pay
Selection of plots for smaller homes (up to 32m² – Approximately 29ft x 12ft) from 4,104€ per year inclusive of IVA – Paid every 12 months in advance. Larger plots available for larger homes (33m² and larger) – Annual ground rent from 4,914€ (When paid for 12 months in advance). You receive a 10% discount for paying your full year ground rent up front, alternatively you can pay 8 months in advance and then a regular monthly rate of 380€ per month for smaller plots and 455€ per month for larger plots
6) What are the running costs?
Plot fee which is from approximately 4,104€ annually.
Electricity is billed on consumption – Rate as of November 2015 = 0.38€/kw.
Water is billed on consumption.
Gas is bottled.

7) What are the plot sizes?
Due to popularity this park is currently full, plots are sized between 85 – 105m².

As long as required, condition of mobile home and plot must be well maintained.

There are shops, supermarkets, banks, bars, restaurants, sandy beaches, golf courses and hospital. Fuengirola, Benalmádena, Torremolinos, Malaga, Marbella and Puerto Banus all accessible within 30 minutes’ drive. Activities close by include hiking, cycling, fishing, sailing, horse riding, go-karting and more.
12) Would I need to hire a car whilst over there?
Not necessarily, there is a local bus stop within walking distance of the park; this means you can get the bus to and from Malaga airport if required. You can also walk along the beach into Marbella centre in approximately 30 minutes, there are restaurants and supermarkets also within walking distance.
13) How far are the nearest golf courses and beaches situated?
There are various golf courses within 10 minutes’ drive from the park – Golf Rio Real, Santa Clara Golf Marbella and Marbella Golf & Country Club are all easily accessible. The nearest sandy beach is just a short walk away from the park, approximately 1500 metres away.
14) How far is the site from the nearest airport?
Malaga airport is approximately 30 minutes’ drive away, approximately 50km away.
15) What is the weather like?
Marbella weather is extremely mild, with average temperatures of around 19°C / 66°F year-round. Summers average daily temperatures of mid 20’s, June being the coolest month of summer and then the temperatures gradually rise in July and August, remaining hot until the end of September. Autumn is generally the wettest time of the year in with November being the rainiest month for the year. Winter brings average daily temperatures of 12°C, about 5 days of rain across the month on average. The winters are mild with relatively little precipitation and temperatures do not rise very high during Spring.
16) Are pets allowed on site?
Yes pets are allowed.
17) How long is the site open for and how long can I stay here for?
The park is open for 12 months of the year so you may visit as often as you wish as stay for as long as you wish.
18) Does all work on plots have to be done by site owners?
Mobile home owners can supply their own terraces although we can assist you in doing this if required. Sheds, storage boxes and fences are permitted can be completed by the owner of the mobile home.
Viewing trips to Spain, Costa del Sol, Marbella
We have 2 options available on this mobile home park. Option 1 – 2 nights accommodation in a hotel with a tour of the park, the viewing of mobile homes (where available), tour of local area and possible collection from airport. Alternatively, option 2 – you can make an appointment to be shown around the park and the homes available during a day visit.
Option 1 – Your viewing trip starts when you meet up with our customer service team at Malaga airport or at your hotel in Malaga / Marbella where you can check-in and make the arrangements to view the park and the local area the following day. You will now be able to relax for the rest of the day/evening. If required our team can inform you of the local area, the location of amenities, the way to the sea front, harbour, restaurants and answer any initial questions you may have.
The next day they will show you around the site and answer any further questions you may have. You may then want to take a walk along the beach, explore surrounding towns and villages, take a drive around the local area or visit some of the local attractions in Marbella. If you would like to take a drive and explore yourself then our team will always be on hand for advice, directions and any other information you may require.
That night you get to relax in your hotel again before heading back to the airport for your return flight home. You may wish to return to the park the following day for a final look before flying back, this is fine and our team will be available to take you back for a second look.
Option 2 – You contact our office with your planned travel arrangements and day of arrival with an approximate time for when you would like to view the park. We then make the arrangement for you to come and view the park and homes (where applicable). Unfortunately an appointment is necessary to view the park as this is a residential style community and we like to keep disruption to home owners to a minimum.
We do not employ high pressure sales teams and at no time during the visit will you be under any pressure or obligation to purchase. We believe that the product, once seen sells itself and if you are interested, you will contact us to complete the purchase. We will then ensure that you are given our full assistance and guide you through your purchase if required.
Your travel arrangements are booked in conjunction with our UK office subject to availability. This will be coordinated with our customer service team in Spain. We can give friendly advice and help about where and how to book your flights and car hire if required; we will arrange and reserve your accommodation (Usually payable locally on arrival at the hotel). It may be possible for us to collect and return you to Malaga airport. Please note: Brand new mobile homes are not already sited on the mobile home park, these models must be viewed in the UK either prior to, or after your park visit. Please call us if you are interested in viewing a new mobile home, we will locate your requested make/model of home on a showground in the UK, trying to provide a location as close to you as we possibly can. Any resale mobile homes we may have listed on the website are situated on the park and will be available to view with your appointment.
Viewing trip costs will be refunded up to a maximum of £150 if you proceed to purchase. Your accommodation invoice or flight receipt will be required for the credit adjustment and will be shown as a credit on your final invoice. The cost is not redeemable in conjunction with any other special offer, price reduction, discounts or promotions.
