Our Mobile homes / park models start at only £29,995 sited and fully installed in the sunshine state of Florida. The site has a pool, club house and being close to Cocoa city it is a great location and is complemented by Cocoa Beach. Cocoa city is great for shopping with famous stores as diverse as Ron surf and Walmart. Merritt Island where Cocoa city is situated has India river to the west and Banana river to the East and the delightful Cocoa village is situated just a few minutes walk from the Marina. With Merritt Island being on the banks of the India and Banana rivers you are never far from a peaceful location where you can relax with superb views. There is a great selection of shops and restaurants on Merritt Island, everything from Macy's to Walmart and Steakhouses Pretzels, the choice is endless. In Cocoa village you will find the Marina where you can take a fishing trip, watch for Manatees or just take a walk along the boardwalk.

The site is perfectly situated around 45 minutes from the airport of Orlando Sanford and 45 minutes from Orlando International, 30 minutes from the beach, 30 minutes from the Space coast , 45 minutes from Cape Canaveral, 50 minutes from Kennedy space centre and only 30 minutes from Disneyland and all the attractions. The park is open for 12 months of the year so you may visit when you wish, regular charter and scheduled flights to both Orlando International and Orlando Sanford are available with Thompson, First Choice and Virgin Atlantic.

VIEWING TRIPS to the sunshine state of Florida.

Our viewing trips to Florida are best combined with either a 7 or 14 day holiday. During this time you may explore the local area, find the best restaurants, visit the local attractions, take an air boat ride, go fishing, or take a trip to the beach at Cocoa, visit the Space coast or Cape Canaveral and the Kennedy space centre or Walt Disney and Disneyland. You can book your trip and stay on site in one of our show homes so you can experience the relaxed atmosphere on site and make this your base to explore Florida and its attractions, Alternatively you may wish to combine a week on site and a second week either in Orlando or in our peaceful self catering motel by the sea in Vero Beach, during your stay you will have the opportunity to meet the site owners so you may ask as many questions as you wish about the site, our homes and the local area.
