2)  What does a viewing trip include?

2 night accommodation onsite or at a local hotel/apartment (subject to availability)

Viewing of development at your leisure + tour of local area

Return to airport

 

3)  How much deposit is required?

10% deposit secures your plot. Remaining balance due 28 days from invoice date.

Special arrangements are available if you are selling a property.

4)  Do I lose my deposit?

No, the deposit will be refunded in full once we have re - sold your reserved plot and mobile home, less any expenses that may be incurred by ourselves

 

5)  What is included in the price?

Furnished mobile home sited and connected on your own plot

 

5a) Are there any additional fees to pay

Compulsory

Site fees - payable to site office

Annual water connection fee of €36.93 per plot

€25 one off registration fee

Terraces arranged through the site office

 

6)  What are the running costs?

Site fees - L1 sized plot (100-130m²) = €1607.54, L2 sized plot (131-200m²) = €2003.08, L3 sized plot (201-250m²) = €2571.05, L4 sized plot (251-300m²) = €3007.16

25m3 of water is also free per year (Water allowance should be sufficient for free use if only using as a holiday home)

 

7)  How long can I keep my mobile on site for?

As long as required, condition of mobile home & plot must be well maintained.

 

8)  Can I sell or rent my mobile home if required?

Yes, it is entirely your decision, contact site office if required.

 

9)  What facilities are available on site?

2 heated swimming pools, laundry, reception, security, childrens play area, residents bar

 

10)  Would I need to hire a car whilst over there?

Yes

 

11)  How far are the beaches / golf courses situated?

All distances by car:

20 - 30 mins to the coast

15 - 20 mins to the nearest golf course

 

12)  How far is the site from the airport?

Approximately 50 minutes from Nantes airport

 

13)  What is the weather like?

The Vendee shares its own 'Micro Climate' with the Riviera & boasts 2600 hours of sunshine per year.

 

14)  Are pets allowed on site?

Yes, pets are more than welcome on site
