Viewing trips to our mobile home site in South West France

Aquitaine viewing trips - 'Try Before You Buy' homes are subject to availability. Depending on availabilty there will be a mobile home for you to stay in onsite. Alternatively we will book you into the local hotel. If you do not wish to drive, Ryanair and Easyjet run frequent flights to Biarritz and Bordeaux where you will be able to hire a car at the airport and explore the local area at your leisure. If you do not wish to hire a car then our customer service team can collect you from the airport, where local charges apply.

Your viewing trip starts when you meet up with our site customer service team in the reception of your hotel or at the airport where we will take you to your hotel or mobile home onsite. You can then confirm your viewing arrangements. You will now be able to relax for the rest of the day/evening. They will inform you of the local area, the location of amenities, the way to the sea front, harbour and restaurants and answer any initial questions you may have. Our site customer team have spent many months living in and exploring the area and so are very well placed to answer any local questions you may have.

The next day they will show you around the site and answer any further questions you may have. You may then want to take a walk along the beach, explore surrounding towns and villages, take a drive around the local countryside or visit the Dune du Pilat a little further up the coast.
Our site customer service team will always be on hand for advice, directions and any other information you may require. If you see a plot or Mobile Home that you would like then this can be reserved until you return home and you contact the office to confirm. Please note we can only hold plots and Mobile Homes without a deposit for 48 hours after you have returned from your viewing trip.

At no time during the visit will you be under any pressure or obligation to purchase. We believe that the product, once seen sells itself and if you are interested, then you will contact us to complete the purchase. We will then ensure that you are given our full assistance and guide you through your purchase.

Your travel arrangements are booked in conjunction with our UK office subject to availability. This will be coordinated to our customer service team in France. We can give friendly advice and help about where and how to book your flights and car hire; we will arrange and reserve your hotel accommodation (payable locally on arrival at the hotel).
