We have static caravans for sale in the Vendee . The mobile home site is located in west France, 15km from Saint Jean de Monts’s sandy beaches, 65km south west from Nantes.
The campsite is set in a well defined 5 hectares garden area, and welcomes you to a comfortable family environment. Currently we have approximately 65 plots available with mobile homes for sale.
Ground rent for a mobile home is charged at 2050 euros per plot per year. The mobile home plot sizes differ from 130m2 - 200m2. There is no extra charge for the larger plots but the larger plots are based on a first come, frist served basis for mobile home purchasers.
The mobile home site in The Vendee, France is open from March to November. Customers who purchase a mobile home may visit outside these dates with prior arrangements with the site office.
Only brand new mobile homes are for sale on this campsite in France, with a range of new mobile homes available below for you to browse through. Sub-letting is permitted with prior arrangements with site office. The mobile home site office could also rent out your mobile home for customers if required.
