The Chamonix range has had a complete makeover, making it look and feel more upmarket. All three improved layouts, which have increased in length, offer a spacious and elegantly styled lounge which features new soft furnishings, solid furniture in ‘Romana Cherry’ woodgrain, ‘Winchester’ wall covering and a sumptuous freestanding ‘L’ shaped sofa. The new luxury dining suite, with matching coffee table, includes leather look high backed chairs. The feeling of modern comfort is further enhanced with high specification features including luxury carpets with underlay, tasteful accessories including scatter cushions and standard lamp, a new ‘Dante’ electric fire in a contemporary surround, provision for a flat screen TV and new lounge and dining feature lighting.
The double bedroom features a king-size bed with metal frame, beech slatted base and domestic-style sprung mattress to ensure maximum comfort and provide plenty of underbed storage. Attention to detail includes luxurious carpeting, overhead cupboards, bedside cabinets, vanity area and designer style headboard. The spacious mirrored wardrobes include a TV cupboard, three integrated drawers and adjustable shelving. Chamonix washrooms feature a stylish new shower cubicle with tough GRP base and are packed with quality features and home-from-home comforts to make bathing as enjoyable and relaxing as possible.
The well designed kitchen illuminated by the glazed gable and Velux rooflight, has also been greatly improved with a wider kitchen window, modern new finishes, soft-shut kitchen drawers and provision made for an optional dishwasher and washing machine. There is a range of stainless steel appliances including a 1.5 bowl sink and drainer, oven and grill, new 5 burner gas hob, built-in microwave oven, designer cooker hood and splash back. Further features include domestic-quality units, 'Traffic' highly durable vinyl flooring and useful open shelving including a chrome carousel storage unit.
