1) Why should I buy a property from Mobile Homes Abroad Ltd / Caravans in the Sun?No pressure sales No obligation to buy Viewing trips available
2) What does a viewing trip include?2 night accommodation at a local guest house (subject to availability) Viewing of development at your leisure + tour of local area
3) How much deposit is required?10% deposit secures your mobile home. Remaining balance due 28 days from invoice date. Part exchanges may be considered. Email for further details 10% deposit secures your plot of land.
4) Do I lose my deposit?Mobile Homes - The deposit will be refunded in full once we have re-sold your reserved mobile home, less any expenses that may be incurred by ourselves. Freehold land - Once you have had your appointment with a notaire to sign the "promesse de vente" your deposit will not be refunded unless due to certain cases (i.e. Death, invalidity or unemployment)
5) What is included in the price?Furnished mobile home sited and connected on to your own plot with a concrete pad. Your plot of land is sold separately and will be an extra cost.

12) How far is the site from the nearest airport and ferry port?Approximately 1 hour 20 minutes from Nantes airport Approximately 2 hours 20 minutes from Saint Malo ferry port
13) What is the weather like?Temperatures are pleasant throughout the year. Summers are pleasantly hot and long while spring and autumn are gently warm. With such a pleasant climate it is no wonder that some of the most amazing French wines come from the Loire-Valley!

15) How long is the site open for?The site is open 12 months of the year
16) How long will my purchase take to be completed?The maximum delay between "promesse de vente" and the complted sale is 3 months, as all the permissions have already been granted.
