Not one but TWO sites in the Algarve

Following feedback from our readers, we have now managed to secure two fantastic sites on the stunning Algarve, known as the “California Coast” due to the unspoilt coastlines with traditional villages and famous sandy beaches. The laid back lifestyle, clear blue skies, taking a dip in the pool and relaxing on your deck are the reason many people enjoy the south of Portugal although the natural beauty of the area must not be underestimated. With the charming villages of Tavira and Cabanas just a short drive away from both sites; excellent road connections into Andalucia in Spain and being on the fringes of the Ria Formosa nature reserve, there are plenty of beautiful, charming and historical landmarks to visit nearby.

Our two parks cater for all and offer great homes from as little as £23,995 for a single unit and £109,995 for a new double unit. Our site near to Tavira is in walking distance of the village with a great selection of restaurants and bars and a supermarket. Down on the water front, you can take the water taxi over the estuary to the sand dunes and beach offering stunning views, excellent relaxation and a beautiful coastline whilst the facilities on site include a superb heated swimming pool, well stocked supermarket, cash machine, bar and snack bar with a terrace. The site is open for 12 months of the year allowing for holidays, long term stays and permanent residences and we can offer 2 night “try before you buy” options for our customers.

Our other site is more suited to double units and is simply breathtaking. With plots ranging from 100m2 to 500m2 with sea views, this site really has to be seen to be appreciated. Privately owned and set in 9 hectares of rolling countryside just 10 minutes from some of the best beaches in Portugal, our park is open all year round, has excellent facilities and is a must see for all those who love peace and tranquillity. With beautiful panoramic views of the Atlantic Ocean, 5 golf courses nearby, a large swimming pool, recently refurbished bar and restaurant; stunning eco-homes and mobile park homes are available for this park, set in a superb location for all overseas property enthusiasts.

Within the secure, gated community, there are large plots on offer, a large swimming pool with lounging areas, an internet café, public telephone, mini-market, laundrette and a lovely selection of British and Portuguese food in the bar / restaurant. With a choice of mobile homes, park homes and timber lodges for the newly developed “eco-lodge” area, the site has been designed sympathetically to retain the natural charm and beauty of the area, each home can enjoy a large plot with lovely views.
