The 2012 Appleby provides new look in the lounge with large shaped window panels all the way to the vaulted ceiling. The lounge layout also includes deep upholstered seating to all three sides and a superb integrated dining/breakfast area with two matching deep upholstered stools making dining a real pleasure. A well planned corner display area contains a mounted electric fire, drawers, shelves, a mantle piece and mirror. The matching freestanding coffee table with under shelf nestles close by.


The ‘U’ shaped Appleby kitchen contains an array of spacious floor and wall cupboards in a new high gloss finish, a twin cavity oven is standard whilst the fitted fridge/freezer and cooker hood are optional. All twin and master bedrooms in the Appleby models provide an abundance of wall, wardrobe and drawer space plus bed head storage with attractive soft upholstered headboards that match the curtains. The master rooms also contain pre-fitted TV points. Shower rooms in all models are generous and feature large showers with sliding door and thermostatic mixer, a wall mounted mirror, aluminium venetian blind and a useful shelf/storage unit are also included. When you have the carpet underlay and domestic style internal doors as standard you begin to appreciate what a superb mid market holiday home the Appleby is.
