Your viewing trip starts when you meet up with our site management team at the exit toll on the AP7. You can then follow them to your hotel where they will get you booked in and make the arrangements with you to view the following day. You will now be able to relax for the rest of the day/evening. They will inform you of the local are, the location of amenities, the way to the sea front, harbour and restaurants and answer any initial questions you may have. Our site management team have lived here for over 20 years and so are very well placed to answer any local questions you may have.

The next day they will show you around the site and answer any further questions you may have. You may then want to take a walk along the beach, explore surrounding towns and villages, take a drive around the local countryside or visit the imposing castle a little further down the coast. Our site management team will always be on hand for advice, directions and any other information you may require. If you see a plot or Mobile Home that you would like then this can be reserved until you return home and you contact the office to confirm. Please note we can only hold plots and Mobile Homes without a deposit for 48 hours after you have returned from your viewing trip.

At no time during the visit will you be under any pressure or obligation to purchase. We believe that the product, once seen sells itself and if you are interested, then you will contact us to complete the purchase. We will then ensure that you are given our full assistance and guide you through your purchase.

Your travel arrangements are booked in conjunction with our UK office subject to availability. This will be coordinated to our customer service team in Spain. We can give friendly advice and help about where and how to book your flights and car hire; we will arrange and reserve your hotel accommodation (payable locally on arrival at the hotel).
