This exciting new mobile home development in Spain provides the best of both worlds for its owners and visitors, with the breathtaking scenery, magical mountains and beautiful beaches, which are some of the best in Europe. The landscape is ever changing with desert like conditions suddenly replaced with lush green and fertile valleys loaded with all the fruits and vegetables produced in this part of the world, Murcia is long established as the 'garden of the Spain' because of its semi-arid sub tropical climate. If you want sunshine then Murcia has 2800 hours of it every year and if you want warmth, the annual temperatures average 18°C with hot summers and mild winters, spring comes early and Autumn stays late. Not forgetting those amazing beaches bordering the warm Mediterranean sea close to our development. What more could you ask for?
This residential mobile home park covers 30,000m² and will locate a minimum of 45 mobile / chalet homes with optional expansion of a further 45 plots. Each mobile home plot has its own defined boundaries (fenced plot with gates) and separate entrance from the internal road system, your home will be sited on a concrete pad with a brick surround constructed around the footing of the unit once situated.
Our mobile home park has been carefully conceived to offer the real Spain experience with all the comforts and safeguards you would expect from a caring company. You will meet with the British owners who have many years of experience in Spain, who along with 'Caravans in the Sun' can guide you through every step of your relocation or purchase plan. The site is fully supported by the local community and town hall thus providing all our home owners access to the local medical facilities within the village.
The site is within walking distance to the village where there are shops, a public swimming pool (Open June to September) and a village gym (Open all year round). During 2011 an all new leisure complex will begin construction on our site which will include: An indoor swimming pool, a small exercise facility and a bar / restaurant with sun terrace.
