Adding a beautiful new decking will not only enhance the look of your home – it will give you the opportunity to make the best of your outside space. Decking provides the perfect home for outside dining furniture, sunbeds, hammocks and even a Jacuzzi! Sheds

Most of our parks allow mobile home owners to have a garden shed on their plot – whether the type of shed permitted is constructed from wood or metal will depend on the park and local authority regulations. A shed on your plot will give you a large lockable storage area for bikes, sports equipment and gardening tools and most of our park owners can arrange for a shed base and shed to be erected for you – the size and construction of which will comply with the park licence. Wood is a good natural insulator and a shed made from timber will naturally keep things at warmer temperatures than a metal shed. A metal shed is very low maintenance and less of a fire hazard then a timber built shed. The approximate cost of a wooden shed on your plot will cost from ………. and the price for a metal shed will cost from…………………….
