A paradise for fishermen, birdwatchers and other nature lovers, offering a wide range of outdoor activities including a large swimming lake with manmade beach and three fishing ponds excellent for carp. You will also find a bar/ restaurant with a live band weekly and terrace overlooking the lake, two tennis courts, bicycle paths, tennis, beach volleyball, children’s play area, sandpit, play rooms and recreational facilities.
The park is located at the crossroads of three regions, Ile-de-France – Burgundy – Champagne, close to the medieval city of Provins. Not only can you feast on great pâté and cider in the many bars and restaurants in Provins but you can roam around the ancient cobblestone streets, the rose garden, climb the ramparts that surround the town, visit the 12th-century Caesar tower and the churches of Saint Quiriace and Saint Ayoul or even ring the bell in the bell tower.
The mobile home park is ideally located from which it is possible to visit many tourist sites, or practice the various activities that make up the region. In fact, this location near the medieval town of Provins is less than an hour from Paris, Fontainebleau, Disneyland, Burgundy, historic towns, Champagne region, and many others…

2) What does a viewing trip include?
2 nights’ accommodation in a local hotel (If travelling independently), a tour of the mobile home park, the viewing of resale mobile homes (where available), tour of local area and possible collection from Longueville train station.
3) How much deposit is required?
10% deposit secures your mobile home. For special offers the remaining balance is due 28 days from invoice date.

4) Do I lose my deposit?
Your deposit will be refunded in full once we have re-sold your reserved mobile home and/or plot, less any expenses that may be incurred by ourselves.
5) What is included in the price?
Furnished mobile home sited and connected on to your own plot.

6) What are the running costs (At the time of writing – Jan 2017)?

7) What are the plot sizes?
This is a relatively large park with 394 plots are generously sized at approximately 200m².
8) How long can I keep my mobile home on site for?
As long as required if you maintain the condition of your mobile home, keep your plot tidy, basic rules of the park adhered to and site fees paid.
9) Can I sell or rent my mobile home if required?
Yes, we can advertise your mobile home for sale on our website, please click here to view our mobile home resale service. Subletting is permitted but must be organised through the reception of the park, the park charge a commission for this service but will then take care of key handover, cleaning, deposits etc.
10) What facilities are available on site?
Swimming lake with manmade beach, bar and restaurant (Open all year) with live band every week, children’s play area, 2 tennis courts, basketball & beach volley ball, small shop (Open all year), laundrette (Open April to October), fitness room, table tennis room, Pétanque, 3 large fishing lakes with Carp, Pike and more, archery (in the summer).
11) What facilities are nearby?
Restaurants, bars, cafes, banks, food shop, bakery, post office, chemist, bar/tabac, market, horse riding, 60 minutes to Disneyland.
12) Would I need to hire a car whilst over there?
We do encourage customers to drive in France as sections are very rural, however, there is a bus stop outside of the park which runs up to 6 times per day; this means you can get the bus into the village. Taxis are also available nearby but must be booked in advance.
13) How far are the nearest golf courses and beaches situated?
Golf de Fontainebleau, known as one of the games great classics, is approximately a 30 minutes’ drive away. Designed by Tom Simpson in 1909, it is a veritable adventure amongst rocks, heathers, gorse and bunkers. Provins is situated inland and would take at least 3 hours and 30 minutes to travel to the sea in Normandy but there is a fantastic manmade beach with a swimming lake on site.
14) How far is the site from the nearest airport and train station?
Approximately 1 hour 15 minutes from Paris Orly and Charles de Gaulle Airports. The nearest train station is in Longueville which is approximately 15 minutes’ drive from the park.
15) What is the weather like?
Paris and its region, Ile-de-France, are located in the centre north of France and renowned for their mild and temperate weather all year long and especially during the autumn and spring months. Ile-de-France benefits from at least 1,798 sunshine hours per year.
16) Are pets allowed on site?
Yes, pets are allowed.
17) How long is the site open for and how long can I stay here for?
The park is open for 12 months of the year so you may visit and stay here for as long as you wish.
18) Does all work on plots have to be done by site owners?
Residents/owners can work on their own plots with the manager’s prior authorisation, respecting the parks rules. Terraces are supplied by the park, the site also sells and installs sheds for 750€ but you can supply your own wooden shed (No bigger than 4m²).
Viewing trips to France, Ile-de-France, near Paris, Provins
We have 3 options available on this mobile home park. Option 1 – 2 nights accommodation in a local hotel (Or mobile home on site where available) with a tour of the park, the viewing of mobile homes, tour of local area and possible collection from train station. Option 2 – you can make an appointment to be shown around the park and the homes available during a day visit. Option 3 – We make the travel arrangements and can offer an accompanied viewing where you meet up with our customer service team at Ashford Travelodge and travel with us in our 7 seat MPV through the tunnel.
Option 1 – Your viewing trip starts when you meet up with our customer service team at Longueville train station or at your hotel in Provins where you can check-in and make the arrangements to view the park and the local area the following day. You will now be able to relax for the rest of the day/evening. If required our team can inform you of the local area, the location of amenities, the way to local attractions, restaurants and answer any initial questions you may have.
The next day they will show you around the site and answer any further questions you may have. You may then want to take a walk around the lakes, explore surrounding towns and villages, take a drive around the local area or visit some of the local attractions. If you would like to take a drive and explore yourself then our team will always be on hand for advice, directions and any other information you may require.
That night you get to relax in your hotel again before heading back to the airport for your return flight home. You may wish to return to the park the following day for a final look before flying back, this is fine and our team will be available to take you back for a second look.
Option 2 – You contact our office with your planned travel arrangements and day of arrival with an approximate time for when you would like to view the park. We then make the arrangement for you to come and view the park and homes (where applicable). Unfortunately an appointment is necessary to view the park as we like to keep disruption to home owners to a minimum and entrance to the park is via a security barrier.
Option 3 – Your trip starts in the morning when you meet up with our customer service team in Ashford, from here you will then be transported with us in our company MPV on to the euro tunnel shuttle to Calais and then to the park. We usually have 4 passengers travelling with us in our 7 seat MPV on each journey, mainly couples and single people; we don’t recommend children on this trip. When you arrive you will be greeted by the site manager at the park (When possible) where you can ask any initial questions that you may have about the site and/or the local area. We will then show you the park, the facilities, the local area, the location of amenities, restaurants and attractions etc. We will always be on hand to answer any questions you may have and to give you as much information as possible. Once you’ve viewed the park and local area at your leisure we will then check into a local hotel for the evening (Hotel ibis Provins ) We then return late morning to the Calais euro tunnel crossing to return for the afternoon.
You may join us on our next viewing trip. We meet at Ashford Travelodge (Where you can park your car and join us in our company MPV), this would be at approximately 7am for the 8.30am Eurotunnel Le Shuttle and returning the following day at approximately 12 noon. The cost of this trip is £99 per person (Refundable with purchase*).

Your travel arrangements are booked in conjunction with our UK office subject to availability. This will be coordinated with our customer service team in France. We can give friendly advice and help about where and how to book your flights and car hire if required; we can arrange and reserve your accommodation (Usually payable locally on arrival at the hotel). It may be possible for us to collect and return you to Longueville train station if you wish to travel by train. Please note: Resale mobile homes we may have listed on the website are situated on the park and will be available to view with your appointment. Brand new mobile homes are not situated on the park as they are newly built in the UK prior to transportation and installation.
