Mobile Homes for sale in Spain, Costa del Azahar, South of Castellón
We are very happy to be able to introduce our latest park on the Costa del Azahar – the Orange Blossom Coast in the province of Valencia in Spain. The park is set in the shade of mulberry trees in a quiet location and just 5 minutes’ walk to the beach where you can enjoy swimming, snorkelling, windsurfing, sailing and water skiing. Valencia Airport is a 40 minute drive away and a pretty seaside town is a mere 2km from the park with good transport links and wonderful Blue Flag beaches.
The park is open for 12 months of the year and the excellent facilities include both a swimming pool and toddlers’ pool (open from June until September), the bar, restaurant, take-away, shop, laundrette and sports facilities are all open all year round. Water sports are available from the park which is also the is the starting point for several cycle routes which run alongside the Mediterranean Sea and horse riding and tennis facilities are within the local area. The local Spanish town is just a short drive (or a 30 minute walk / 10 minute bike ride) from the park and the town has restaurants, bars, supermarkets, shops, a Saturday market and a marina and its lovely beaches include Playa Pedraroja – Red Pebble Beach – a Blue flag beach 40 metres wide and 550 metres long with fine sand and red pebbles. Historians will enjoy walking along the remains of the 14th century town walls the 17th century Moorish watchtower and the archaeological remains of the 3rd century farming town located in the orange groves.
Just a few miles north is the town of Nules – home to Spain’s most popular variety of clementine – which is named after the town. Harvest time is usually January – so during a winter break you would have the wonderful sight of endless orange groves with their vibrant fruit and green leaves. The town has restaurants, bars and many fine churches as well as four beaches and a freshwater lake inhabited by numerous varieties of birds and fish. The nearby town of La Valld’Uixo – located in the Sierra de Espadan Nature Reserve is within a 20 minute drive (or by bus from local town) – the area has been inhabited since prehistoric times and a visit to the stunning Saint Josep Caves provides the opportunity for a boat ride on the crystal clear waters of the largest navigable underground river in Europe where remains of a Palaeolithic site and cave paintings have been found. The caves were used as the set for the filming of the Sci-fi classic “Journey to the Centre of the Earth”.
The magnificent city of Valencia – the 3rd largest city in Spain after Madrid and Barcelona is one of the country’s most popular destinations. A decade of bold development has given the city some of the most striking architecture in the country and with its dynamic museums, flourishing restaurant scene, great shops and miles of beach – the city is bursting with Mediterranean vitality.

4) Do I lose my deposit?
Your deposit will be refunded in full once we have re-sold your reserved mobile home and/or plot, less any expenses that may be incurred by ourselves.
5) What is included in the price?
Furnished mobile home sited and connected on to your own plot.

7) What are the plot sizes?

8) How long can I keep my mobile home on site for?
There is no age restriction to mobile homes as long as mobile homes and plots are well maintained.
9) Can I sell or rent my mobile home if required?
Yes, we can advertise your mobile home for sale on our website, please click here to view our mobile home resale service. Subletting is not permitted.
10) What facilities are available on site?
The park has a swimming pool (open June – September), a bar, restaurant and shop (all open all year), a laundrette, sports field, football, petanque, table tennis and play areas – all of which are open all year.
11) What facilities are nearby?
Nearby there are opportunities for hiking, cycling, fishing, tennis, horse riding,snorkelling, kayaking, windsurfing and water skiing. The local town has restaurants, bars, shops, Saturday market, bus station and train station.
12) Would I need to hire a car whilst over there?
We would advise a car however you can walk or cycle into town. There is a bus station and train station within 4km of the park and there are regular services to Valencia. The journey is rather long and you would need to change bus or train in the centre of Valencia in order to get to the airport.
13) How far are the nearest golf courses and beaches situated?
The nearest beach is just 5 minutes’ walk from the park and the nearest golf course is just over a half hour drive away.
14) How far is the site from the nearest airport?
The park is a 40 minute drive from Valencia airport
15) What is the weather like?
There is little rainfall during the year and the average daily temperature is 17.3ºC.
The hottest month of the year is August when the daytime temperature ranges from 28–34 °C and around 23°C at night.
December, January and February are the coldest months with temperatures averaging around 17ºC in the daytime and 7ºC at night.
October is the wettest month and July is the driest month.
16) Are pets allowed on site?
Yes – pets are allowed.
17) How long is the site open for and how long can I stay here for?.
The park is open for 12 months of the year and mobile home owners may visit as often as they wish and stay as long as they choose.
18) Does all work on plots have to be done by site owners?
This can be carried out by the mobile home owner with prior agreement with the park management. Sheds and terraces must be of a wooden construction and agreed with the park prior to installation.
Viewing trips to Spain, Costa del Azahar, Valencia
We have 2 options available on this mobile home park. Option 1 – 2 nights accommodation in a hotel with a tour of the park, the viewing of mobile homes (where available), tour of local area and possible collection from airport. Alternatively, option 2 – you can make an appointment to be shown around the park and the homes available during a day visit.
Option 1 – Your viewing trip starts when you meet up with our customer service team at Castellon or Valencia airport or at your hotel where you can check-in and make the arrangements to view the park and the local area the following day. You will now be able to relax for the rest of the day/evening. If required our team can inform you of the local area, the location of amenities, the way to the sea front, harbour, restaurants and answer any initial questions you may have.
The next day they will show you around the site and answer any further questions you may have. You may then want to take a walk along the beach, explore surrounding towns and villages, take a drive around the local area or visit some of the local attractions. If you would like to take a drive and explore yourself then our team will always be on hand for advice, directions and any other information you may require.
That night you get to relax in your hotel again before heading back to the airport for your return flight home. You may wish to return to the park the following day for a final look before flying back, this is fine and our team will be available to take you back for a second look.
Option 2 – You contact our office with your planned travel arrangements and day of arrival with an approximate time for when you would like to view the park. We then make the arrangements for you to come and view the park and homes (where applicable). Unfortunately an appointment is necessary to view the park as this is a residential style community and we like to keep disruption to home owners to a minimum.
We do not employ high pressure sales teams and at no time during the visit will you be under any pressure or obligation to purchase. We believe that the product, once seen sells itself and if you are interested, you will contact us to complete the purchase. We will then ensure that you are given our full assistance and guide you through your purchase if required.
Your travel arrangements are booked in conjunction with our UK office subject to availability. This will be coordinated with our customer service team in Spain. We can give friendly advice and help about where and how to book your flights and car hire if required; we will arrange and reserve your accommodation (Usually payable locally on arrival at the hotel). It may be possible for us to collect and return you to Valencia airport. Please note: Brand new mobile homes are not already sited on the mobile home park, these models must be viewed in the UK either prior to, or after your park visit. Please call us if you are interested in viewing a new mobile home, we will locate your requested make/model of home on a showground in the UK, trying to provide a location as close to you as we possibly can. Any resale mobile homes we may have listed on the website are situated on the park and will be available to view with your appointment.
Viewing trip costs will be refunded up to a maximum of £150 if you proceed to purchase. Your accommodation invoice or flight receipt will be required for the credit adjustment and will be shown as a credit on your final invoice. The cost is not redeemable in conjunction with any other special offer, price reduction, discounts or promotions.
