This exclusive dedicated retirement residential mobile home park in Spain is situated in the Costa del Sol, set in the village of Alameda. Set in wonderful Spanish countryside with mountain views all around and the beaches are still less than 1 hour away. The small working Spanish town of Alameda is only a 2 minute drive or 15 minutes’ walk; here you can find shops, supermarkets, medical facilities, banks, bars, restaurants, hotels and public transport connections. Being a dedicated retirement village also means residents are offered beneficial services like help with registering at the town hall and local doctors.
The facilities on the park are second to none, with a swimming pool, pool bar and leisure complex, 4 lane outdoor Bowling Green and more, 24 hr security, receptions with bi-lingual staff, telephone, Wi-Fi Internet and IPTV provided. Each mobile home boasts a spacious and generous 200m² landscaped plot with exclusive hedged areas that are maintained by the staff on the park. The residential mobile home park currently houses approximately 100 mobile home plots, some with resale pre-owned mobile homes available to purchase and a further 17 vacant plots to accommodate new mobile homes.
This residential mobile home park is only a 20 minute drive to Antequera, referred to as the crossroads of Andalucía, set in the middle of Malaga, Granada, Cordoba and Seville, 4 of the main Andalucían cities. Here you will find many castles, fortresses, beautiful monuments, buildings and churches, as well as a large shopping complex (including many English items) and a very modern hospital. Although El Torcal National Park is not actually in Antequera it is the most wonderful place to visit, so it deserves a trip to the park and nature reserve.
Although situated inland away from the main busy tourist destinations we are still only 50 minutes to the beaches in Torremolinos and Benalmadena. Buying a mobile home can be a daunting prospect but the park are there to make things as relaxing and stress free as possible. With bi-lingual staff and a friendly settled community on site the retirement village means you are never alone, with 100 other mobile home owners and functions organised by the residents you can get involved in as much or as little as you like. Malaga airport is only 45 minutes’ drive away too so your friends and family can be visiting you and enjoying the sun with you quicker than you may think.

2) What does a viewing trip include?
2 nights’ accommodation in a local hotel (Antequera), a tour of the mobile home park, the viewing of resale mobile homes (where available), tour of local area and possible collection from Malaga airport.
3) How much deposit is required?
10% deposit secures your mobile home. For special offers mobile homes may be reserved for a 10% deposit but must be viewed within 14 days. The purchase needs to be completed within 15 days of viewing. Part exchanges may be considered. Email for further details
4) Do I lose my deposit?
Your deposit will be refunded in full once we have re-sold your reserved mobile home and/or plot, less any expenses that may be incurred by ourselves.
5) What is included in the price?
Furnished mobile home sited and connected on to your own plot.

7) What are the plot sizes?
The park contains 119 plots with 17 vacant plots available to site new mobile homes; these are sized at approximately 200m².
8) How long can I keep my mobile home on site for?
As long as required if you maintain the condition of your mobile home, keep your plot tidy, basic rules of the park adhered to and site fees paid.
9) Can I sell or rent my mobile home if required?
Yes, we can advertise your mobile home for sale on our website. Subletting is not permitted, we are a residential style park and commercial subletting is not allowed, friends and family may visit owners.
10) What facilities are available on site?
Swimming pool (Open April – October), Bar and leisure complex, open air gym, reception, 4 lane outdoor Bowling Green and bowls club, laundry. Events are organised by the residents themselves and with the parks help if required. Residents get involved in as much or as little as they would like to. From keep fit to quiz nights as well as Saturday night entertainment.
11) What facilities are nearby?
Local village with bars, restaurants, supermarkets, shops, banks, medical facilities, major road networks and a new high speed rail network, ski resorts.
12) Would I need to hire a car whilst over there?
We do encourage customers to drive but not necessarily, although the park is inland situated in a rural setting, you can walk into the local town and there is a local bus; this means you can get the bus to and from Malaga airport if required. Hourly bus services connects residents with the nearby city of Antequera, twice daily there is bus service to Málaga city. In addition, train and bus service are available to cities such as Seville and Madrid.
13) How far are the nearest golf courses and beaches situated?
The Antequera Golf Club is set in a spectacular natural setting and offering an 18 hole par 72 course that will put your skills to the test and give you the chance to put every club to use. The course takes golfers on a journey of over 6,000 meters and is just 20 minutes’ drive. Málaga and its beaches are approximately 50 minutes away. Alternatively there is the nearby lake of ‘El Chorro’ where you can swim, picnic, lunch and hire boats to go onto the lake.
14) How far is the park from the nearest airport and train station?
Approximately 45 minutes from Malaga Airport. The nearest train station is approximately 10 minutes away where you can get the train to Malaga.
15) What is the weather like?
The weather in Antequera is predominantly a warm Mediterranean climate, with dry summers and winters, although you will see a variation in the temperatures between the two seasons. The area has an altitude of between 450m and 600m above sea level and as such you will find it hotter during the summer months and chillier during the winter months. Temperatures can be as high as 45 degrees during the summer months and drop down as low as freezing during some winter months. There will be rain at some point of the year, between October and May is most likely.
16) Are pets allowed on site?

17) Is the park open all year round?
The park is residential so is open for 12 months of the year so you may visit and stay here for as long as you wish.
18) Does all work on plots have to be done by site owners?
Residents / owners can work on their own plots with the manager’s prior authorisation, respecting the parks rules. Terraces and sheds can be supplied by the park but you can also supply your own with prior authorisation. Sheds up to 8ft x 6ft are permitted.
Viewing trips to Spain, Costa del Sol, Alameda
The first and most popular option is our 2 nights and 3 day trip, this trip includes accommodation in local hotel with a tour of the park, the viewing of mobile homes (where available), tour of local area and collection from / return to the airport. Alternatively, option 2 – you can make an appointment to be shown around the park and the homes available during a day visit where you would make your own way to the park.
Option 1 – If you do not wish to drive then we can arrange for you to be collected at Malaga airport where you would make the short 45 minute drive to the hotel (This costs approximately 75€ each way *Refundable upon purchase), here we will check you into the hotel for your en-suite double room which costs:
During your stay you have the opportunity to have a guided tour of the park and its facilities at your leisure, view a selection of sited homes if required, view the available plots and chat with current owners on the park or in one of the bars or restaurant.
Option 2 – Self drive with your own accommodation.
If you would prefer to drive and explore yourself then our customers liaison will be on hand for advice, directions and any other information you may require but please contact our office with your planned travel arrangements and approximate time / day of arrival for when you would like to view the park. We then make the arrangement for you to come and view the park and homes (where applicable). Unfortunately an appointment is necessary to view the park as this is a gated residential style community and we like to keep disruption to our home owners to a minimum.
We do not employ high pressure sales teams either in our office or on the park and at no time during the visit will you be under any pressure or obligation to purchase. We believe that our park and homes will sell themselves and if you are interested, you will contact us to complete the purchase. We will then ensure that you are given our full assistance and guide you through your purchase if required.
Please note: Brand new mobile homes are not already sited on the mobile home park, these models can be viewed in the UK either prior to, or after your park visit. Please call us if you are interested in viewing a new mobile home, we will locate your requested make / model of home on a showground in the UK, trying to provide a location as close to you as we possibly can. Any resale mobile homes we may have listed on the website are situated on the park and will be available to view with your appointment.
- Viewing trip costs will be refunded up to a maximum of £150 if you proceed to purchase a brand new mobile home (excludes pre-owned resale homes). Your accommodation invoice or flight receipt will be required for the credit adjustment and will be shown as a credit on your final invoice.
