Ideally located – this year-round park is set between the main road and the beach and surrounded by tall pine trees – with pine trees and banana plants offering plenty of shade. Park facilities include a swimming pool, supermarket with fresh produce and fresh bread, bar, restaurant, laundrette and children’s play area – Wi-Fi is available and pets (on a lead) are welcome. The nearby beach provides opportunities for scuba diving and snorkelling, cycles can be hired locally and there are a number of golf courses in the area – the nearest being just 3 km away. Public transport is available to other coastal resorts and Malaga. Nearby Marbella centre with its cobbled street, flower-filled plazas and packed with shops and art galleries is approximately a 10-minute drive from the park with Fuengirola a 20-minute drive – a major tourist resort, with more than 8 km of beaches and a medieval Moorish fortress.
The towns of Torremolinos and Estepona are each easily reached within a 40-minute drive from the park and within 75 minutes you can drive to Gibraltar with its own unique culture and views across to North Africa. For the more adventurous there are three national parks and La Concha – the striking mountain near Marbella providing opportunities for hiking and climbing. For bird lovers, Fuente de Piedra Lagoon Natural Reserve near Malaga is the largest protected lagoon in Andalusia – known as the “Pink Lagoon” due to thousands of greater flamingos using the area as a nesting site each year. If sports cars and big boats are more your thing, don’t worry, there are plenty of Ferraris and luxury yachts to admire in Puerto Banos – a short 20-minute drive from the park.

2) What does a viewing trip include?
Viewing of development at your leisure and tour of local area.
3) How much deposit is required?
10% deposit secures your mobile home. For special offers the remaining balance is due 28 days from invoice date.

4) Do I lose my deposit?
Your deposit will be refunded in full once we have re-sold your reserved mobile home and/or plot, less any expenses that may be incurred by ourselves.
5) What is included in the price?
Furnished mobile home sited and connected on to your own plot.
5a) Are there any additional fees to pay
Plot fee from 4,686€ annually (this includes water and electricity). Plot fee is paid in January for the whole year.
6) What are the running costs? (At time of writing – September 2017)
Plot fee (including water and electricity) = 4,686€ (IVA incl.) for 2 – 4 people. 5 to 7 people = 5,115.44€ (IVA incl.)
Electricity is included in the annual plot fee (Maximum power of 20 KW)
Water is included in the annual plot fee
Gas is bottled = local market price – sold/delivered by local supplier several times a week.
Wi-Fi is 35€ per month
7) What are the plot sizes?

8) How long can I keep my mobile home on site for?
As long as required, condition of mobile home and plot must be well maintained.
9) Can I sell or rent my mobile home if required?

The park contract allows for 2 people in the mobile home – any other visitors will be charged at the daily rates below
10) What facilities are available on site?
Beach, swimming pool, bar, restaurant, supermarket, launderette and children’s play area .
11) What facilities are nearby?
The park is within walking distance of shops and bank and watersports, horseriding, cycle hire and tennis are available locally. There is a bus stop for the Marbella to Fuengirola route located near the park entrance.
12) Would I need to hire a car whilst over there?
A car would be recommended but not entirely necessary, there is a bus stop located near the park with buses taking you into Marbella or Fuengirola.
13) How far are the nearest golf courses and beaches situated?
There are various golf courses within the area; the nearest golf course is 3 km from the park.
The beach is 100 metres from the park and there is direct access to the beach from the park.
14) How far is the site from the nearest airport?
Malaga airport is approximately 45 minutes’ drive away, approximately 51km away.
15) What is the weather like?
Costa del Sol weather is extremely mild, with average temperatures of around 19°C / 66°F year-round. Summers average daily temperatures of mid 20’s, June being the coolest month of summer and then the temperatures gradually rise in July and August, remaining hot until the end of September. Autumn is generally the wettest time of the year in with November being the rainiest month for the year. Winter brings average daily temperatures of 12°C, about 5 days of rain across the month on average. The winters are mild with relatively little precipitation and temperatures do not rise very high during Spring.
16) Are pets allowed on site?
Yes pets are allowed as long as kept on a lead.
17) How long is the site open for and how long can I stay here for?
The park is open for 12 months of the year so you may visit as often as you wish as stay for as long as you wish although you cannot stay for more than 8 consecutive months without a break away from the park for at least 24 hours.
18) Does all work on plots have to be done by site owners?
Mobile home owners can work on their own plot if maintained to a certain level, plans need to be approved by the park manager who can also help with supplying sheds/storage boxes.
Viewing trips to Spain, Costa del Sol, Marbella
We have 2 options available on this mobile home park. Option 1 – 2 nights accommodation in a hotel with a tour of the park, the viewing of mobile homes (where available), tour of local area and possible collection from airport. Alternatively, option 2 – you can make an appointment to be shown around the park and the homes available during a day visit.
Option 1 – Your viewing trip starts when you meet up with our customer service team at Malaga airport or at your hotel in Malaga / Marbella where you can check-in and make the arrangements to view the park and the local area the following day. You will now be able to relax for the rest of the day/evening. If required our team can inform you of the local area, the location of amenities, the way to the sea front, harbour, restaurants and answer any initial questions you may have.
The next day they will show you around the site and answer any further questions you may have. You may then want to take a walk along the beach, explore surrounding towns and villages, take a drive around the local area or visit some of the local attractions in Marbella. If you would like to take a drive and explore yourself then our team will always be on hand for advice, directions and any other information you may require.
That night you get to relax in your hotel again before heading back to the airport for your return flight home. You may wish to return to the park the following day for a final look before flying back, this is fine and our team will be available to take you back for a second look.
Option 2 – You contact our office with your planned travel arrangements and day of arrival with an approximate time for when you would like to view the park. We then make the arrangement for you to come and view the park and homes (where applicable). Unfortunately an appointment is necessary to view the park as this is a residential style community and we like to keep disruption to home owners to a minimum.
We do not employ high pressure sales teams and at no time during the visit will you be under any pressure or obligation to purchase. We believe that the product, once seen sells itself and if you are interested, you will contact us to complete the purchase. We will then ensure that you are given our full assistance and guide you through your purchase if required.
Your travel arrangements are booked in conjunction with our UK office subject to availability. This will be coordinated with our customer service team in Spain. We can give friendly advice and help about where and how to book your flights and car hire if required; we will arrange and reserve your accommodation (Usually payable locally on arrival at the hotel). It may be possible for us to collect and return you to Malaga airport. Please note: Brand new mobile homes are not already sited on the mobile home park, these models must be viewed in the UK either prior to, or after your park visit. Please call us if you are interested in viewing a new mobile home, we will locate your requested make/model of home on a showground in the UK, trying to provide a location as close to you as we possibly can. Any resale mobile homes we may have listed on the website are situated on the park and will be available to view with your appointment.
Viewing trip costs will be refunded up to a maximum of £150 if you proceed to purchase. Your accommodation invoice or flight receipt will be required for the credit adjustment and will be shown as a credit on your final invoice. The cost is not redeemable in conjunction with any other special offer, price reduction, discounts or promotions.
