The park is set between the mountains and the coast, near 5 Blue Flag beaches, on the edge of a National Park and just 23 kms from Castellon Airport or within a one and half hour drive of Valencia Airport. Open 12 months of the year you’ll have the advantage of a swimming pool (seasonal), bar, shop, laundrette, children’s play area, is within walking distance of Alcalà and there is a bus stop nearby. Alcalà has banks, supermarkets, butchers, bakers, greengrocers, bars and restaurants and a general market on Friday mornings. The park is just 7 kms from the coast and a short drive from the beautiful Spanish resort of Alcossebre with its 10 km stretch of sea, high quality beaches and unspoiled coves, sea front bars, fresh fish restaurants and a general market every Tuesday evening. Boat trips run from Alcossebre to the Columbretes Islands – a volcanic archipelago of 10 small islands off the coast – the islands have been made both a Nature Reserve and Marine Reserve – perfect for scuba diving enthusiasts.

The nearby Parc Naturel de la Serra d’Irta is perfect for trekking, hiking and mountain biking – there are many beautiful hidden coves, historical sites to visit and magnificent views of the coast and out to sea. Approximately 17 kms from the park is the historic town of Peniscola – often called the “Gibraltar of Valencia” and known locally as “The City in the Sea” – a fortified seaport with a lighthouse which has been built on a rocky headland about 220 ft. high and joined to the mainland by a narrow strip of land – and where part of “El Cid” was filmed. This is well worth the trip to wander around the old town and see the Templar castle which is magically set overlooking the sea. The town has fantastic beaches, the finest of which is the north beach which is around 5 km long and backed by a palm tree lined promenade. A visit to the Papal Basilica is a must and watching the fishing trawlers come back into the port and auction off their catch at 5.00pm provides the opportunity to buy and try the local fresh fish. Music lovers can enjoy a visit to Benacassim just 30 kms from the park and the home of the annual 4 day international music festival enjoyed by thousands. A 70 km drive will take you to the longest underground navigable river in Europe and the beautiful cave of St Josef and an 80km drive will take you to Morella – the medieval fortified town built high in the mountains by the knights templar in the 13th century and famous for its castle, Gothic church, cave paintings from 4,000 years BC and its age old fiesta held once every 6 years.

Q) What does a viewing trip include?

Q) How much deposit is required?
In the case of a pre-owned sited home, 10% initial holding deposit will secure the home for a maximum 14-day holding period, the balance due within 28 days.
In the case of a plot reserve prior to a new home being ordered (Where applicable) a £1,000 deposit is required to secure the plot for a maximum 28-day or pre-agreed period before placing home order.
In the case of a new home, being ordered and delivered from the factory, the payment schedule is as follows:
60% of initial quote payable to order the home
40% of initial quote payable prior to transport

Q) How do I apply to become a Spanish Resident as a UK citizen?

Q) Do I lose my deposit?
A 10% holding deposit can be placed on any home, the deposit will be fully refundable if the home is viewed and a decision made within a 14 day period (or longer if agreed in advance) and no unreasonable costs have been accrued by the company.

In the case of a plot reservation and new home order, you may cancel at any time before the pre agreed period lapses (60% payment). The £1,000 plot deposit is not refundable.

Furnished mobile home sited and connected on to your own plot.

Locally you can banks, supermarkets, butchers, greengrocers, bars and restaurants. The nearby nature reserve is perfect for walking, trekking and mountain biking. Beautiful sandy beaches are just 7 kms away – 15 minutes drive. The local train station is just a 15 minute walk away.

Q) Would I need to hire a car whilst over there?
There is a bus stop near the park – buses run to Castellon and Vinaros. There is a railway station in the nearby town – with trains running to Valencia and Vinaros.

Q) How far are the nearest golf courses and beaches situated?

Q) How far is the site from the nearest airport?
The park is 23 kms from Castellon Airport and under a one and a half hour drive from Valencia Airport.

Q) What is the weather like?
The Mediterranean weather provides mild temperatures throughout the year and averages around 10°C in the colder winter months (January in particular) and around 24°C in the warmer summer months.
Laurie Lord (Who has had a mobile home here for over 8 years says) “January to April is nice and mild, May onwards starts to get hot, July and August gets very hot. It remains hot in September and October then starts to cool down in November to December where it is nice and mild the temperature is not cold, there is no snow here and only a slight bit of frost early in a morning in December but soon clears to give a nice mild warm month, the beach is comfortable all year round for visiting. In all it has a moderate to very hot climate throughout the year with a few occasional drops of rain.”

Q) Are pets allowed on site?
Yes, pets are allowed as long as kept on a lead.

Q) How long is the site open for and how long can I stay here for?
The park is open for 12 months of the year so you may visit as often as you wish as stay for as long as you wish although you cannot stay for 365 consecutive days, you must leave for a minimum of 1 day per year.

Q) Does all work on plots have to be done by site owners?
Mobile home owners can work on their own plot if maintained to a certain level, plans need to be discussed and we can assist you in supplying terraces etc. if required. Sheds/storage boxes are permitted at the back of the mobile home.

Arrange a Viewing

General Information

Please note: Brand new mobile homes are not already sited on the mobile home park, these models must be viewed in the UK either prior to, or after your park visit. Please call us if you are interested in viewing a new mobile home, we will locate your requested make/model of home on a showground in the UK, trying to provide a location as close to you as we possibly can. Any resale mobile homes we may have listed on the website are situated on the park and will be available to view with your appointment.

Viewing trip costs will be refunded up to a maximum of £150 if you proceed to purchase a brand new mobile home (excludes pre-owned resale homes). Your accommodation invoice or flight receipt will be required for the credit adjustment and will be shown as a credit on your final invoice. The cost is not redeemable in conjunction with any other special offer, price reduction, discounts or promotion

Viewing Trips

You contact our office with your planned travel arrangements and day of arrival with an approximate time for when you would like to view the park. We then make the arrangements for you to come and view the park and homes (where applicable). Unfortunately an appointment is necessary to view the park as this is a residential style community and we like to keep disruption to home owners to a minimum.

We do not employ high pressure sales teams and at no time during the visit will you be under any pressure or obligation to purchase. We believe that the product, once seen sells itself and if you are interested, you will contact us to complete the purchase. We will then ensure that you are given our full assistance and guide you through your purchase if required.

Your travel arrangements are booked in conjunction with our UK office subject to availability. This will be coordinated with our customer service team in Spain. We can give friendly advice and help about where and how to book your flights and car hire if required; we will arrange and reserve your accommodation (Usually payable locally on arrival at the hotel).
