8) How long can I keep my mobile home on site for?
- As long as required, condition of mobile home and plot must be well maintained.
9) Can I sell or rent my mobile home if required?
- Yes, we can advertise your mobile home for sale on our website, please click here to view our mobile home resale service.
- The park encourages visits from friends and family, however to maintain the exclusive ‘residential’ ambience, commercial subletting isn’t permitted here.
- Parks which permit subletting are generally located nearer to the coastline.
10) What facilities are nearby?
- A shuttle service is planned to connect Saydo-Manhattan residents with Saydo Park, allowing access to its facilities during the completion of amenities at Saydo-Manhattan.
- The local village offers a range of amenities ideal for residential living, including grocery stores, bars, restaurants, a chemist, and a bank with an ATM.
- There are 4 weekly markets within a short drive and the park is just a 15 minute drive from the ancient town of Antequera
- The broader area is rich in international cuisine, art, history, nature, and stunning architecture, providing a diverse and culturally rich experience.
- For sports and hobby enthusiasts, the locality hosts clubs for water sports, walking, bowling, horse riding, language lessons, excursion groups, and ladies’ and men’s clubs.

12) Would I need to hire a car whilst over there?
- We advise our customers to have a car for this park but there is a courtesy shuttle service available and there is a local bus stop (Bus services may be limited in comparison to UK); this means you can get the bus to and from Malaga if required but the park is inland and rather rural. Hourly bus services connect residents with the nearby city of Antequera, twice daily there is bus service to Málaga city (But can not be relied on entirely) http://www.elsoldeantequera.com.
13) How far are the nearest golf courses and beaches situated?
- The Antequera Golf Club is set in a spectacular natural setting and offering an 18 hole par 72 course that will put your skills to the test and give you the chance to put every club to use. The course takes golfers on a journey of over 6,000 meters and is just 15 to 30 minutes drive. Málaga and its beaches are approximately 45 minutes away. Alternatively there is the nearby lake of ‘El Chorro’ where you can swim, picnic, lunch and hire boats to go onto the lake.
14) How far is the site from the nearest airport?
- Malaga airport is approximately 45 minutes’ drive away, approximately 80km away.
15) What is the weather like?
- The weather in Andalucia is predominantly a warm Mediterranean climate, with dry summers and winters, although you will see a variation in the temperatures between the two seasons. The area has an altitude of between 450m and 600m above sea level and as such you will find it hotter during the summer months and chillier during the winter months. Temperatures can be as high as 45 degrees during the summer months and is generally a comfortable 15 degrees during winter, however it can occasionally drop down to as low as freezing overnight during some winter months. There will be rain at some point of the year, between October and May is most likely.
16) Are pets allowed on site?
- Yes pets are allowed on the park – but you must have written permission from the park and pets must be vaccinated, chipped and spayed.
17) How long is the site open for and how long can I stay here for?
- The park is open 12 months of the year.
18) Does all work on plots have to be done by site owners?
- Mobile home owners must get plans approved by the park owner. We can provide quotations for decking areas, patios, car ports, air conditioning.
Arrange a Viewing
We would love to invite you to come and visit the park in the beautiful Andalucian countryside.
Our representative covers several parks, it’s imperative that park visit appointments are arranged in advance. Contact our office with your proposed travel arrangements in advance of making your bookings to confirm availability.
Meet our representative at a pre agreed date and time at the park. The visit will include a tour of the park, facilities, plots and homes. They’ll also be on hand for advice, directions and any other information you may require.
Local collection is also available and recommendations for local accommodation.
Unfortunately an appointment is necessary to view the park as the representative covers several parks.
We do not employ high pressure sales teams either in our office or on the park and at no time during the visit will you be under any pressure or obligation to purchase. We believe that our park and homes will sell themselves and if you are interested, you will contact us to complete the purchase. We will then ensure that you are given our full assistance and guide you through your purchase if required.
Please note: Brand new mobile homes are not already sited on the mobile home park, these models can be viewed in the UK either prior to, or after your park visit. Please call us if you are interested in viewing a new mobile home, we will locate your requested make / model of home on a showground in the UK, trying to provide a location as close to you as we possibly can. Any resale mobile homes we may have listed on the website are situated on the park and will be available to view with your appointment.
* Viewing trip costs will be refunded up to a maximum of £150 if you proceed to purchase a brand new mobile home (excludes pre-owned resale homes). Your accommodation invoice or flight receipt will be required for the credit adjustment and will be shown as a credit on your final invoice. The cost is not redeemable in conjunction with any other special offer, price reduction, discounts or promotions.
