Our new luxury mobile home park is located in the province of Almeria in the Andalusian region of southern Spain and with a backdrop of the beautiful mountain range of Sorbas. The panoramic views from the park are stunning, plots are a generous size and each home will have amazing countryside views. The impressive village of Sorbas with bars and restaurants is just 5 minutes’ drive away and the nearest airport (Almeria) is just over 60 kms from the park.
The boundary fence of this prestigious park is complemented by 24 hour CCTV and all the spacious plots on the park are cloth protected to stop weed growth, gravelled and have parking facilities. The facilities of the park include a swimming pool, restaurant, bar, minimarket , laundry, games area and a playground for children, subletting is permitted and dogs are welcome. The surrounding area is ideal for walking, hiking and cycling and the nearby limestone labyrinth of caves in Sorba are perfect for lovers of potholing. There are opportunities for playing tennis and golf, sailing, windsurfing, scuba diving and fishing in the coastal towns approximately half an hour’s drive from the park.
The village of Sorbas is located on a small plateau over the Río Aguas and the white houses are almost suspended over the ravine, an impressive sight worth seeing. The village has the advantage of a bakery, bars, restaurants, a medical centre, weekly market and the village holds several annual festivals when the celebrations include doughnuts being thrown from balconies! The Caves of Sorbas are located in the Gypsum Karst Natural Park of Sorbas – a landscape of 6 million year old surface and underground rock formations which consist of karst in gypsum rock. Different guided tours are available which vary in length and difficulty.
Lovers of motorsports will enjoy visiting the nearby motor racing track in the Taberna desert. Then track was opened in the year 2000, is used by numerous teams of the World Championship and British Superbike Championship for their pre-season training. The track also hosts various official competitions – the most important of which is the Andalusian Motorcycling Championship.
Mini Hollywood – the Spanish Western-styled theme park is less than 40km away, located in the desert near the town of Tabernas and originally known as Yucca City. Prior to being a theme park the area was built and used as a film set for “For a Few Dollars More” and “The Good, the Bad and the Ugly”. The theme park now features daily cowboy stunt shows and a re-enactment of the final hours of Jesse James. The park also has a swimming complex, abandoned gold mine, cowboy style saloon, western stores and a fun barn with activities for children.
The whitewashed hilltop village of Mojacar Pueblo nestled in the foothills of the Sierra Cabrera mountain range and overlooking the beach resort of Mojacar Playa is within easy reach. The jumble of narrow cobbled streets of Mojacar Old Town attracts and charms visitors all year round with many buildings featuring Moroccan style architecture. A short drive away (or 30 minute walk) where Mediterranean sea washes onto 17 glorious kilometers of coastline – the resort of Mojacar Playa also has shops, bars, restaurants and many annual festivals including a medieval festival with a confrontation between Moorish and Christian troops on the beach!

10) What facilities are available on site?
The facilities of the park include a swimming pool, restaurant, bar, laundry, mini market, childrens’ playground and a games area. The park is fenced around the perimeter and has CCTV.
11) What facilities are nearby?
The local area is ideal for walking and cycling and the village of Sorba is just 5 minutes’ drive from the park.
Sorba has the advantages of a bakery, restaurants, bars, banks and a medical centre and a weekly market
12) Would I need to hire a car whilst over there?
Yes a car would be advantageous. There is a bus service in Sorbas but the service is only once a day.
13) How far are the nearest golf courses and beaches situated?
The nearest beach and golf course (Mojacar) is approximately 45km from the park.
14) How far is the site from the nearest airport?
The nearest airport is Almeria – just over 60 km from the park.
15) What is the weather like?
During the month of May and October you are most likely to experience good weather with pleasant average temperatures that fall between 20 degrees Celsius (68°F) and 25 degrees Celsius (77°F).
The hottest and driest months are June, July, August and September with July being the hottest. On average, the coolest month is January and November is the wettest month of the year.
16) Are pets allowed on site?
Yes – dogs (only) are welcome.
17) How long is the site open for and how long can I stay here for?
The park is open for 12 months of the year and home owners may visit as often as they wish and stop as long as they wish.
18) Does all work on plots have to be done by site owners?
Any work on plots is carried out by the park owner – sheds and storage can be added – but this will need to be arranged by the park owners.
Arrange a Viewing
We have 2 options available on this mobile home park. Option 1 – 2 nights accommodation in a hotel with a tour of the park, the viewing of mobile homes, tour of local area and possible collection from airport. Alternatively, option 2 – you can make an appointment to be shown around the park and the homes available during a day visit.
Please note: Any resale mobile homes we may have listed on the website are situated on the park and will be available to view with your appointment.
Viewing trip costs will be refunded up to a maximum of £150 if you proceed to purchase a brand new mobile home (excludes pre-owned resale homes). Your accommodation invoice or flight receipt will be required for the credit adjustment and will be shown as a credit on your final invoice. The cost is not redeemable in conjunction with any other special offer, price reduction, discounts or promotions.
Your viewing trip starts when you meet up with our customer service team either at the airport or at your hotel in Almeria where you can check-in and make the arrangements to view the park and the local area the following day. You will now be able to relax for the rest of the day/evening. If required our team can inform you of the local area, the location of amenities, the way to the sea front, harbour, restaurants and answer any initial questions you may have.
The next day they will show you around the site and answer any further questions you may have. You may then want to take a walk along the beach, explore surrounding towns and villages, take a drive around the local area or visit some of the local attractions in Almeria. If you would like to take a drive and explore yourself then our team will always be on hand for advice, directions and any other information you may require.
That night you get to relax in your hotel again before heading back to the airport for your return flight home. You may wish to return to the park the following day for a final look before flying back, this is fine and our team will be available to take you back for a second look.
At no time during the visit will you be under any pressure or obligation to purchase. You contact our office with your planned travel arrangements and day of arrival with an approximate time for when you would like to view the park. We then make the arrangement for you to come and view the park and homes. Unfortunately an appointment is necessary to view the park as this is a residential style community and we like to keep disruption to home owners to a minimum. We do not employ high pressure sales teams and at no time during the visit will you be under any pressure or obligation to purchase. We believe that the product, once seen sells itself and if you are interested, you will contact us to complete the purchase. We will then ensure that you are given our full assistance and guide you through your purchase if required.
Your travel arrangements are booked in conjunction with our UK office subject to availability. This will be coordinated with our customer service team in Spain. We can give friendly advice and help about where and how to book your flights and car hire if required; we will arrange and reserve your accommodation (Usually payable locally on arrival at the hotel). It may be possible for us to collect and return you to Alicante airport.
