This charming coastal resort for mobile homes is situated just over the road from the beach on the Costa del Sol. The campsite is approximately 25 minutes from Malaga airport which provides great access for everyone. You will find the bus stop only 2 minutes’ walk from the front gate of the site and it is only a short ride into town.
The mobile home site is situated directly over the road from a long stretch of beach where you will find clear waters and all the water sports your heart desires. Inland from the site is a beautiful mountainous region, which is ideal for hikers, nature lovers and anybody who appreciates natural beauty.
This is a great location where you won’t necessarily need a car with the local bus stop just outside the mobile home park. Here you can sample the ‘real Spain’ on the Costa Del Sol, watch the parrots flying in and out of the Palm trees or enjoy some tapas from the bar whilst gazing out to sea, your very own stretch of beach is directly across the road.
The local town is Spain at its best, with fabulous tapas bars, fish restaurants and the glorious beach where they freshly cook the morning’s catch on an open fire. You can walk along the seafront and enjoy the relaxed atmosphere or try a glass of the local vino in spectacular weather with long warm summers and mild sunny winters.
The mobile homes available are located in one of Spain’s most favourable climates enjoying the sub-tropical Mediterranean climate with hot summers and warm winters. Cooling breezes from the sea make the summer heat more enjoyable with temperatures of 32ºC on average in the summer months.

2) What does a viewing trip include?
Viewing of development at your leisure and tour of local area.
3) How much deposit is required?
10% deposit secures your mobile home. For special offers the remaining balance is due 28 days from invoice date.

4) Do I lose my deposit?
Your deposit will be refunded in full once we have re-sold your reserved mobile home and/or plot, less any expenses that may be incurred by ourselves.
5) What is included in the price?
Furnished mobile home sited and connected on to your own plot.

From 440€ monthly ground rent.

7) What are the plot sizes?
All plots are a minimum of approximately 75m² (this is the smallest sized / cheapest plot), some current plots are 130m²+
8) How long can I keep my mobile home on site for?
As long as required, condition of mobile home and plot must be well maintained.

10) What facilities are available on site?
Swimming pool, tapas bar / restaurant, children’s park, opposite the beach.
11) What facilities are nearby?
There are shops, banks, bars, restaurants, sandy beaches and golf courses. Malaga and Nerja are accessible within 30 minutes’ drive. Activities close by include hiking, cycling, fishing, sailing, horse riding, go-karting, water park and more.
12) Would I need to hire a car whilst over there?
Not necessarily, there is a local bus stop within walking distance of the park; this means you can get the bus to and from Malaga airport if required.
13) How far are the nearest golf courses and beaches situated?
The nearest golf course is within 20 minutes’ drive from the park – Club el Candado. The nearest sandy beach is just across the road from the park.
14) How far is the site from the nearest airport?
Malaga airport is approximately 30 minutes’ drive away, approximately 45km away.
15) What is the weather like?
Costa del Sol weather is extremely mild, with average temperatures of around 19°C / 66°F year-round. Summers average daily temperatures of mid 20’s, June being the coolest month of summer and then the temperatures gradually rise in July and August, remaining hot until the end of September. Autumn is generally the wettest time of the year with November being the rainiest month for the year. Winter brings average daily temperatures of 12°C, about 5 days of rain across the month on average. The winters are mild with relatively little precipitation and temperatures do not rise very high during Spring.
16) Are pets allowed on site?
Yes pets are allowed.
17) How long is the site open for and how long can I stay here for?
The park is open for 12 months of the year so you may visit as often as you wish as stay for as long as you wish.
18) Does all work on plots have to be done by site owners?
Mobile home owners can work on their own plots and supply their own terraces although we can assist you in doing this if required. Storage boxes are permitted.
Arrange a viewing
We have 2 options available on this mobile home park. Option 1 – 2 nights accommodation in a hotel with a tour of the park, the viewing of mobile homes (where available), tour of local area and possible collection from airport. Alternatively, option 2 – you can make an appointment to be shown around the park and the homes available during a day visit.
Please note: Brand new mobile homes are not already sited on the mobile home park, these models must be viewed in the UK either prior to, or after your park visit. Please call us if you are interested in viewing a new mobile home, we will locate your requested make/model of home on a showground in the UK, trying to provide a location as close to you as we possibly can. Any resale mobile homes we may have listed on the website are situated on the park and will be available to view with your appointment.
Viewing trip costs will be refunded up to a maximum of £150 if you proceed to purchase a brand new mobile home (excludes pre-owned resale homes). Your accommodation invoice or flight receipt will be required for the credit adjustment and will be shown as a credit on your final invoice. The cost is not redeemable in conjunction with any other special offer, price reduction, discounts or promotions.
Your viewing trip starts when you meet up with our customer service team at Malaga airport or at your hotel in Malaga where you can check-in and make the arrangements to view the park and the local area the following day. You will now be able to relax for the rest of the day/evening. If required our team can inform you of the local area, the location of amenities, the way to the sea front, harbour, restaurants and answer any initial questions you may have.
The next day they will show you around the site and answer any further questions you may have. You may then want to take a walk along the beach, explore surrounding towns and villages, take a drive around the local area or visit some of the local attractions. If you would like to take a drive and explore yourself then our team will always be on hand for advice, directions and any other information you may require.
That night you get to relax in your hotel again before heading back to the airport for your return flight home. You may wish to return to the park the following day for a final look before flying back, this is fine and our team will be available to take you back for a second look.
You contact our office with your planned travel arrangements and day of arrival with an approximate time for when you would like to view the park. We then make the arrangement for you to come and view the park and homes (where applicable). Unfortunately an appointment is necessary to view the park as this is a residential style community and we like to keep disruption to home owners to a minimum.
We do not employ high pressure sales teams and at no time during the visit will you be under any pressure or obligation to purchase. We believe that the product, once seen sells itself and if you are interested, you will contact us to complete the purchase. We will then ensure that you are given our full assistance and guide you through your purchase if required.
Your travel arrangements are booked in conjunction with our UK office subject to availability. This will be coordinated with our customer service team in Spain. We can give friendly advice and help about where and how to book your flights and car hire if required; we will arrange and reserve your accommodation (Usually payable locally on arrival at the hotel). It may be possible for us to collect and return you to Malaga airport.
