1. Offer Eligibility
This offer applies only to non-featured resale homes purchased at El Rocio Park.
A resale home is defined as a pre-owned home that is not part of the featured stock category.
The cashback offer is not applicable to new homes, featured resale homes, or homes purchased on a finance plan.
2. Cashback Payment
The £1,000 cashback will be issued upon completion of the sale and successful transfer of ownership.
Cashback will be paid via bank transfer within 14 days of completion.
The cashback cannot be deducted from the deposit or purchase price, it is a post-sale rebate.
3. Purchase Requirements
Buyers must pay in full (no financing or payment plans).
The sale must be fully completed, with all legal paperwork finalised and any park-related fees settled.
Any buyer withdrawing from the sale before completion will not be eligible for cashback.
4. Limited-Time Availability
