This 3-star residential style mobile home park is located in the Northern, Nord-Pas-de-Calais region of France, only 40 minutes from Calais and the channel tunnel; the park is only 15 minutes from the popular coastal resort of Le Touquet. Our mobile home plots in Montreuil are generously sized at 150m² and some mobile homes overlook the fishing lake on site.
The site and facilities are open for 11 months of the year but owners have access for the full 12 months so you can visit as often as you wish and stay for as long as you like. The park has a bar and children’s play area, there is a shop within walking distance.
The charming walled town of Montreuil is located on the Canche River, not far from Étaples and has many things to see and do. You will find a great selection of restaurants located on the cobbled streets, 2 museums and the remains of the royal castle looking out over the valley towards the sea. There are many cycle paths and trails in the Montreuil valleys.
Le Touquet is the home to some glorious sandy beaches, promenades and some fantastic cuisine. There are many activities to do here, there is a large waterpark, golf course, 18 hole mini golf course with sea views, horse riding, sailing, yachting, tennis, archery, kite surfing, orienteering and even games evenings at the casino.

3) How much deposit is required?
10% deposit secures your mobile home. For special offers, remaining balance due 28 days from invoice date.

4) Do I lose my deposit?
Your deposit will be refunded in full once we have re-sold your reserved mobile home and/or plot, less any expenses that may be incurred by ourselves.
5) What is included in the price?
Furnished mobile home sited and connected on to your own plot.

Compulsory Annual plot fee which in 2019 is from 2,520€
6) What are the running costs?
Annual plot fee from 2,520€ (For holiday usage – up to 200 days per year). For usage over 200 days and up to 330 days the annual plot fee = 3,240€
Electricity on a meter, billed on consumption = 0.16€ / kwh Spring and Summer, 0.24€ / kwh Autumn and Winter.
Water = Free
Gas = Bottled (29€)

7) What are the plot sizes?
Plots are generously sized at 150m².
8) How long can I keep my mobile home on site for?
As long as required, condition of mobile home and plot must be well maintained.
9) Can I sell or rent my mobile home if required?
Yes, we can advertise your mobile home for sale on our website, please click here to view our charges and the mobile home resale service. Owners may rent their mobile home out for a maximum of 28 days per year for no added charge or commission, the park is more residential style so holiday / letting usage is required to be minimal.
10) What facilities are available on site?
3.5 hectares of free fishing lakes with the largest totalling 1 hectare including carp and perch etc. Bar (winter season – Saturday evenings only), children’s play area. Free WIFI access for the whole campsite.
11) What facilities are nearby?
Shop within walking distance, bars, restaurants, museums, golf course, waterpark, cycling/walking paths, horse riding, surfing, sailing, yachting, tennis, archery and more.
12) Would I need to hire a car whilst over there?
A car is advised, the shop is within walking distance but the coast is 15 minutes’ drive away. The channel tunnel and ferry port of Calais are 40 minutes drive away but it is possible to get the train from Calais-Frethun to Montreuil-sur-Mer where there is a regular bus service which runs locally to the park.
13) How far are the nearest golf courses and beaches situated?
La Mer Golf Course at Le Touquet is 15 minutes’ drive away in. The nearest beach is again approximately 15 minutes’ drive away at Le Touquet.
14) How far is the site from the nearest airport?
Approximately 1 hour 40 minutes from Lille airport, our site is best reached by car from the channel tunnel or ferry port of Calais.
15) What is the weather like?
Nord Pas de Calais, a region located in the North of France, is renowned for its cool temperatures all year long especially during winter months, and its pleasant weather in summer, benefiting from 1,600 sunshine hours a year. Most people may think that the rainfall is endless in this region; it actually rains less in the North than it does in the South during the year.
16) Are pets allowed on site?
Yes, pets are more than welcome.
17) How long is the site open for and how long can I stay here for?
The park is open for 11 months of the year but owners have access for the full 12 months of the year so you may visit and stay here for as long as you wish.
18) Does all work on plots have to be done by site owners?
Residents may do their own garden and construct their own shed but with prior approval with the site owners, alternatively the site can provide this service.
Arrange a viewing
We have 2 options available to view this mobile home park. Option 1 – we make the travel arrangements and can offer an accompanied viewing where you meet up with our customer service team at the channel tunnel crossing at Folkestone and travel with us in our 7 seat MPV. Option 2 – you can make your own travel arrangements and you can make an appointment to be shown around the park during a day visit.
Please note: Brand new mobile homes are not already sited on the mobile home park, these models must be viewed in the UK either prior to, or after your park visit. Please call us if you are interested in viewing a new mobile home, we will locate your requested make/model of home on a showground in the UK, trying to provide a location as close to you as we possibly can. Any resale mobile homes we may have listed on the website are situated on the park and will be available to view with your appointment.
Viewing trip costs will be refunded up to a maximum of £150 if you proceed to purchase a brand new mobile home (excludes pre-owned resale homes). Your accommodation invoice or flight receipt will be required for the credit adjustment and will be shown as a credit on your final invoice. The cost is not redeemable in conjunction with any other special offer, price reduction, discounts or promotions.
Your trip starts in the morning when you meet up with our customer service team at Folkestone, from here you will then be transported with us in our company MPV on to the euro tunnel shuttle to Calais and then to the park. We usually have 4 passengers travelling with us in our 7 seat MPV on each journey, mainly couples and single people; we don’t recommend children on this trip. When you arrive you will be greeted by the site manager at the park (When possible) where you can ask any initial questions that you may have about the site and/or the local area. We will then show you the park, the facilities, the local area, the location of amenities, restaurants and the beach etc. We will always be on hand to answer any questions you may have and to give you as much information as possible. Once you’ve viewed the park and local area at your leisure we then return late afternoon to the Calais euro tunnel crossing to return for the evening.
You may join us on our next viewing trip. We meet at Ashford Travelodge (Where you can park your car and join us in our company MPV), this would be at approximately 5.45am for the 7.13am Eurotunnel Le Shuttle and returning at approximately 9pm. The cost of this trip is £49 per person.
You contact our office with your planned travel arrangements and day of arrival with an approximate time for when you would like to view the park. We then make the arrangement for you to come and view the park and homes (where applicable). Unfortunately an appointment is necessary to view the park as this is a residential style community and we like to keep disruption to home owners to a minimum. We do not employ high pressure sales teams and at no time during the visit will you be under any pressure or obligation to purchase. We believe that the product, once seen sells itself and if you are interested, you will contact us to complete the purchase. We will then ensure that you are given our full assistance and guide you through your purchase if required.
Your travel arrangements are booked in conjunction with our UK office subject to availability. This will be coordinated with our customer service team in France. We can give friendly advice and help about where and how to book your ferries / flights and car hire if required; we will arrange and reserve your accommodation (£49 per night for 2 people).
