Greek Islands, Zante

Greek Islands, Zante

We are very happy to present our new park in Zante – this peaceful park surrounded by olive trees is located on the north east coast of the island and just 10 minutes’ walk from the Blue Flag beach – a 2km stretch of soft white sand lapped by shallow clear water that is safe for kids to play in. The park is within walking distance of shops, bars, restaurants, 5 km from the capital of the island and 10km from the airport.

The park is open all year round and has a swimming pool (seasonal), bar (seasonal), laundry facilities and a medical room, free WiFi in the bar, one pet is permitted for each home and subletting is permitted. The nearby Blue Flag beach is suitable for children and has a selection of beach bars, various water sports (windsurfing, water skiing, banana, pedalos, jet skiing, paragliding) and also parts of the beach that are quiet, where you can lay your towel and just enjoy the sun.

The local town is surrounded by olive groves and vineyards and within walking distance are shops, bars, restaurants, banks, doctors and pharmacies as well as a fantasy mini golf spread over 4 acres. The three mini golf courses with various degrees of difficulty have revolving windmills and erupting volcanoes among the obstacles to negotiate. The town also boasts a water park, fun park for children and 10 pin bowling – yet – away from the family entertainment strip it still retains the feel of a traditional Greek fishing village.

Zante Town is the capital and commercial centre of the island – most of the houses, shops and buildings have been rebuilt in the traditional Venetian style since the massive earthquake in 1953. The town is home to beautiful churches, museums and high-end shopping from clothing and jewellery to pottery made by local craftsmen. The harbour is busy with ships of all sizes ranging from excursion boats, yachts, cargo ships, inter island ferries and the occasional cruise liner. Freshly caught fish can be purchased early in the morning from the fishing boats that tie up at the quayside just off the main port road.

The coast of Zante is beautiful and there are numerous boat trips to enjoy – many are from the local town or nearby Zante Town. The choice includes around the island trips, the Blue Caves, shipwreck beach (seen photographed from the cliffs above on many pictures of Zante), turtle spotting trips and of course fishing trips.

Arrange a Viewing

General Information

We have 2 options available on this mobile home park. Option 1 – We may be able to offer accommodation in the mobile home located on site (subject to availability) so you can get the full feel for the park and local area. We feel that this is the best way to experience the mobile home park and lifestyle (If this accommodation is not available we will find alternative local accommodation). Alternatively, option 2 – you can make an appointment to be shown around the park and the homes available during a day visit.

Please note: Brand new mobile homes are not already sited on the mobile home park, these models must be viewed in the UK either prior to, or after your park visit. Please call us if you are interested in viewing a new mobile home, we will locate your requested make/model of home on a showground in the UK, trying to provide a location as close to you as we possibly can. Any resale mobile homes we may have listed on the website are situated on the park and will be available to view with your appointment.

Viewing trip costs will be refunded up to a maximum of £150 if you proceed to purchase a brand new mobile home (excludes pre-owned resale homes). Your accommodation invoice or flight receipt will be required for the credit adjustment and will be shown as a credit on your final invoice. The cost is not redeemable in conjunction with any other special offer, price reduction, discounts or promotions.

Overnight Stays

We advise your trip to be 2 nights and 3 days, when you arrive at the park you will be greeted by the site management and then taken to your accommodation. We all know that traveling can be tiring so on your arrival day you will be able to relax for the rest of the day/evening after being collected from the airport. If required our team can inform you of the local area, the location of amenities, the way to the sea front, restaurants and answer any initial questions you may have. The next day they will show you around the site and answer any further questions you may have. You may then want to take a walk along the beach, explore surrounding towns and villages, take a drive around the local area or visit some of the local attractions. If you would like to take a drive and explore yourself then our team will always be on hand for advice, directions and any other information you may require. That night you get to relax in your home again before heading back to the airport for your return flight home. You may wish to return to the park the following day for a final look before flying back, this is fine and our team will be available to take you back for a second look.

Viewing Trips

You contact our office with your planned travel arrangements and day of arrival with an approximate time for when you would like to view the park. We then make the arrangement for you to come and view the park and homes (where applicable). Unfortunately an appointment is necessary to view the park, we like to keep disruption to home owners to a minimum. We do not employ high pressure sales teams and at no time during the visit will you be under any pressure or obligation to purchase. We believe that the product, once seen sells itself and if you are interested, you will contact us to complete the purchase. We will then ensure that you are given our full assistance and guide you through your purchase if required.
