Welcome to our park in Zante, this peaceful park surrounded by olive trees is located on the north east coast of the island and just 10 minutes’ walk from the Blue Flag beach – a 2km stretch of soft white sand lapped by shallow clear water that is safe for kids to play in. The park is within walking distance of shops, bars, restaurants, 5 km from the capital of the island and 10km from the airport.
The park is open all year round and has a swimming pool (Seasonal), bar (seasonal), laundry facilities and a medical room, free WiFi in the bar and one pet is permitted for each home. The nearby Blue Flag beach is suitable for children and has a selection of beach bars, various water sports (windsurfing, water skiing, banana, pedalos, jet skiing, paragliding) and also parts of the beach that are quiet, where you can lay your towel and just enjoy the sun.
The local town is surrounded by olive groves and vineyards and within walking distance are shops, bars, restaurants, banks, doctors and pharmacies as well as a fantasy mini golf spread over 4 acres. The three mini golf courses with various degrees of difficulty have revolving windmills and erupting volcanoes among the obstacles to negotiate. The town also boasts a water park, fun park for children and 10 pin bowling – yet – away from the family entertainment strip it still retains the feel of a traditional Greek fishing village.
Zante Town is the capital and commercial centre of the island – most of the houses, shops and buildings have been rebuilt in the traditional Venetian style since the massive earthquake in 1953. The town is home to beautiful churches, museums and high-end shopping from clothing and jewellery to pottery made by local craftsmen. The harbour is busy with ships of all sizes ranging from excursion boats, yachts, cargo ships, inter island ferries and the occasional cruise liner. Freshly caught fish can be purchased early in the morning from the fishing boats that tie up at the quayside just off the main port road.
The coast of Zante is beautiful and there are numerous boat trips to enjoy – many are from the local town or nearby Zante Town. The choice includes around the island trips, the Blue Caves, shipwreck beach (seen photographed from the cliffs above on many pictures of Zante), turtle spotting trips and of course fishing trips.

Q) Do I lose my deposit?
A 10% holding deposit can be placed on any home, the deposit will be fully refundable if the home is viewed and a decision made within a 14 day period (or longer if agreed in advance) and no unreasonable costs have been accrued by the company.
In the case of a plot reservation and new home order, you may cancel at any time before the pre agreed period lapses (60% payment). The £1,000 plot deposit is not refundable.

The park has a swimming pool (open 09:00 – 20:00 – Summer season), bar (open 09:00 – 21:30 – Summer season) laundry facilities and a medical room. The nearest bus stop is 550 metres from the park.
Q) What facilities are nearby?
Shops, supermarkets, bars, restaurants, ATM, are all within easy walking distance (500 metres) of the park.
Within 15 minutes’ walk 4acre mini golf, 15 mins to Tsilivi Water park – fun and slides for all ages.
Q) Would I need to hire a car whilst over there?
Not necessarily as it is only 10km to the airport and local buses run to most towns on the island (though the last bus can be early evening).
Q) How far is the site from the nearest airport?
Zante airport is approximately 10km from the park.
Q) What is the weather like?
Zante has an enviable Mediterranean climate with dry hot summers and mild wet winters. Summer from June – mid September is sunny and hot – July is the hottest month of the year with an average temperature of 26ºC. The temperature in winter is mild in comparison to northern European countries with the average temperature only dropping as low as 13ºC, even in January. The likelihood of rain in Zante in the winter however is high with an average of 165mm in November and 147mm in December. Spring – from mid-March – May is mild, the rains gradually become rarer and sunny days become increasingly more frequent.
Q) Are pets allowed on site?
Yes – pets are welcome (one pet per home)
Q) How long is the site open for and how long can I stay here for?
The park is open for 12 months of the year and homeowners may visit as often as they wish and stop as long as they wish.
Q) Does all work on plots have to be done by site owners?
Decking etc to be installed by the park – at an additional cost.
Arrange a Viewing
Please note: Brand new mobile homes are not already sited on the mobile home park, these models must be viewed in the UK either prior to, or after your park visit. Please call us if you are interested in viewing a new mobile home, we will locate your requested make/model of home on a showground in the UK, trying to provide a location as close to you as we possibly can. Any resale mobile homes we may have listed on the website are situated on the park and will be available to view with your appointment.
Viewing trip costs will be refunded up to a maximum of £150 if you proceed to purchase a brand new mobile home (excludes pre-owned resale homes). Your accommodation invoice or flight receipt will be required for the credit adjustment and will be shown as a credit on your final invoice. The cost is not redeemable in conjunction with any other special offer, price reduction, discounts or promotions.
You contact our office with your planned travel arrangements and day of arrival with an approximate time for when you would like to view the park. We then make the arrangement for you to come and view the park and homes (where applicable). Unfortunately an appointment is necessary to view the park, we like to keep disruption to home owners to a minimum. We do not employ high pressure sales teams and at no time during the visit will you be under any pressure or obligation to purchase. We believe that the product, once seen sells itself and if you are interested, you will contact us to complete the purchase. We will then ensure that you are given our full assistance and guide you through your purchase if required.

We can give friendly advice and help about where and how to book your flights and car hire; we will arrange and reserve your on site mobile home accommodation (payable locally on arrival, approximately 50€ per night for 2 people, 60€ per family).
