Xativa has just released a prime plot, perfect for placing either a Willerby Martin CL or Ellerton 28′ FL/CL model.
Conveniently located near the entrance of the camp, this plot measures 11.5m x 6.5m, providing ample space for the model of your choice along with on-plot parking. It also features clearly defined boundary edges for added privacy.

Caravans in the Sun is very happy to announce details of our peaceful and relaxing park in Eastern Spain – located in the province of Valencia. The park has mountain views, is situated in the countryside and conveniently on the edge of the local town, the nearest Mediterranean beach is just 25 minutes away and Valencia Airport is just over 73km by road.
The park is open all year has a swimming pool (open 10:30 – 12:30 and 16:30 – 21:00), bar, laundry facilities, electric bikes for hire and pets are permitted. The area is ideal for walking, hiking and cycling and the delightful local town is just a short walk (10 minutes) away. The streets of the town are lined with trees and the town has the advantages of shops, supermarkets, bakers, banks, butchers, doctors, pharmacies, theatre and a twice weekly fresh produce market.
The town hosts several festivals each year – not to be missed are the magnificent views from the medieval castle and the wealth of historical attractions including the upside down portrait of King Felipe V in the Almodi Museum (hung upside down because in 1707 he expelled the townsfolk and set fire to the town). Just outside of the town the archaeological site of Cova Negra (Black cave) was once home to Neanderthals during the Palaeolithic era and human remains and paintings have been found inside.
The local town has both a bus station and a train station, the services are frequent – giving good access to Madrid, Valencia, Alicante and the nearest Mediterranean coastal resort of Gandia on the Costa del Azahar. The local train journey to Gandia takes approximately 40 minutes (25 minutes by road). Gandia is the second largest city in the province of Valencia and is located in Spain’s main orange growing region and produces some of the most delicious oranges in Europe! The town is separated into Gandia City and Gandia Playa (the beach). The old town is the beating heart of the area with its historical sites of interest, parks, boulevards and fantastic shopping and Gandia Playa is stunning – made up of nearly 6km of beautifully clean sandy gently shelving Blue Flag beaches dotted with playgrounds, bars, cafes.

Q) Do I lose my deposit?
A 10% holding deposit can be placed on any home, the deposit will be fully refundable if the home is viewed and a decision made within a 14 day period (or longer if agreed in advance) and no unreasonable costs have been accrued by the company.
In the case of a plot reservation and new home order, you may cancel at any time before the pre agreed period lapses (60% payment). The £1,000 plot deposit is not refundable.

The facilities of the park include a swimming pool (open 10:30 – 12:30 and 16:30 – 21:00), bar and laundrette. The park also has electric bikes to rent.
Q) What facilities are nearby?
The local town is just 10 minutes’ walk from the park and has shops, supermarkets, bars, restaurants, theatre, doctors, pharmacies and a bus station and train station – each with links to the coast at Gandia and links to Valencia. Not necessarily as the bus and train services in the nearby town are frequent and major towns and cities can be accessed using public transport.

The nearest beach is at Gandia (approximately 44 km) and is easily reached by car, bus and train. The nearest golf course is approximately 20 minutes from the park.

The area enjoys a mild climate, with warm dry summers and temperate winters. Ideal for all year visits.
The average annual temperature is 17.4°C and the hottest month of the year is August – with an average temperature of 25.5°C.
The driest month of the year is July and the wettest month of the year is October.
January is the coldest month of the year with temperatures averaging 10.6ºC
Q) Are pets allowed on site?
Yes – pets are welcome.
Q) How long is the site open for and how long can I stay here for?
The park is open for 12 months of the year and home owners may visit as often as they wish and stop as long as they wish.
Q) Does all work on pots have to be done by site owners?
Any work on plots is carried out by the park owner – sheds and storage can be added – but this will need to be arranged by the park owners.
Arrange a Viewing
Please note: Brand new mobile homes are not already sited on the mobile home park, these models must be viewed in the UK either prior to, or after your park visit. Please call us if you are interested in viewing a new mobile home, we will locate your requested make/model of home on a showground in the UK, trying to provide a location as close to you as we possibly can. Any resale mobile homes we may have listed on the website are situated on the park and will be available to view with your appointment.
Viewing trip costs will be refunded up to a maximum of £150 if you proceed to purchase a brand new mobile home (excludes pre-owned resale homes). Your accommodation invoice or flight receipt will be required for the credit adjustment and will be shown as a credit on your final invoice. The cost is not redeemable in conjunction with any other special offer, price reduction, discounts or promotions.
You contact our office with your planned travel arrangements and day of arrival with an approximate time for when you would like to view the park. We then make the arrangements for you to come and view the park and homes (where applicable). Unfortunately an appointment is necessary to view the park as this is a residential style community and we like to keep disruption to home owners to a minimum.
We do not employ high pressure sales teams and at no time during the visit will you be under any pressure or obligation to purchase. We believe that the product, once seen sells itself and if you are interested, you will contact us to complete the purchase. We will then ensure that you are given our full assistance and guide you through your purchase if required.
Your travel arrangements are booked in conjunction with our UK office subject to availability. This will be coordinated with our customer service team in Spain. We can give friendly advice and help about where and how to book your flights and car hire if required; we will arrange and reserve your accommodation (Usually payable locally on arrival at the hotel).
