Welcome to our park in Zante. Located on the north east coast of the island, Tsilivi is a peaceful, year round residential park just a 10 minute walk from a Blue Flag beach.
The beach runs for around 2km and has shallow, clear water, making it suitable for families, alongside quieter stretches where you can simply spend time by the sea. The park is within walking distance of local shops, bars and restaurants, around 5km from Zante Town and approximately 10km from the airport.
The park is open all year and includes seasonal on site facilities such as a swimming pool and bar, along with laundry facilities and a medical room. Free WiFi is available in the bar, and one pet is permitted per home.
Tsilivi town sits among vineyards and olive groves and provides everyday essentials including banks, doctors and pharmacies. There are also leisure activities nearby such as mini golf, bowling and a water park, while the town itself keeps a more traditional Greek feel away from the main entertainment areas.
Zante Town, the island’s capital and commercial centre, offers churches, museums and a mix of independent and high end shops. The harbour is active throughout the day, with excursion boats, ferries and visiting yachts, and fresh fish is still sold directly from boats in the early morning.
Along the coast, boat trips run regularly from both Tsilivi and Zante Town, including island tours, visits to the Blue Caves, shipwreck viewpoints, turtle spotting and fishing trips.

Q) Why should I buy a property from Caravans in the Sun?

Q) How much deposit is required?
In the case of a pre-owned sited home, 10% initial holding deposit will secure the home for a maximum 14 day holding period, the balance due within 28 days.
In the case of a plot reserve prior to a new home being ordered (where applicable), a £1,000 deposit is required to secure the plot for a maximum 28 day or pre agreed period before placing home order.
In the case of a new home being ordered and delivered from the factory, the payment schedule is as follows:
60% of initial quote payable to order the home
40% of initial quote payable prior to transport

Q) Do I lose my deposit?
A 10% holding deposit can be placed on any home, the deposit will be fully refundable if the home is viewed and a decision made within a 14 day period (or longer if agreed in advance) and no unreasonable costs have been accrued by the company.
In the case of a plot reservation and new home order, you may cancel at any time before the pre agreed period lapses (60% payment). The £1,000 plot deposit is not refundable.

As long as required, the condition of mobile home and plot must be well maintained.

Q) What facilities are available on site?
The park has a swimming pool (open 09:00 to 20:00 summer season), bar (open 09:00 to 21:30 summer season), laundry facilities and a medical room. The nearest bus stop is 550 metres from the park.

Shops, supermarkets, bars, restaurants and ATM are all within easy walking distance (500 metres) of the park.
Within 15 minutes’ walk is a 4 acre mini golf site, and Tsilivi Water Park is around 15 minutes away, offering slides and attractions for all ages.
Q) Would I need to hire a car whilst over there?
Not necessarily, as it is only 10km to the airport and local buses run to most towns on the island (though the last bus can be early evening).
Q) How far is the site from the nearest airport?
Zante Airport is approximately 10km from the park.
Q) What is the weather like?
Zante has an enviable Mediterranean climate with dry hot summers and mild wet winters. Summer from June to mid September is sunny and hot, with July being the hottest month of the year and an average temperature of 26ºC. Winter temperatures are mild compared to northern European countries, with averages rarely dropping below 13ºC, even in January. Rainfall is higher in winter months, particularly in November and December. Spring from mid March to May is mild, with fewer rainy days and increasing sunshine.
Q) Are pets allowed on site?
Yes, pets are welcome (one pet per home).
Q) How long is the site open for and how long can I stay here for?
The park is open for 12 months of the year and homeowners may visit as often as they wish and stay as long as they wish.
Q) Does all work on plots have to be done by site owners?
Decking and similar installations must be carried out by the park, at an additional cost.

Please note: Brand new mobile homes are not already sited on the mobile home park, these models must be viewed in the UK either prior to, or after your park visit. Please call us if you are interested in viewing a new mobile home, we will locate your requested make/model of home on a showground in the UK, trying to provide a location as close to you as we possibly can. Any resale mobile homes we may have listed on the website are situated on the park and will be available to view with your appointment.
Viewing trip costs will be refunded up to a maximum of £150 if you proceed to purchase a brand new mobile home (excludes pre-owned resale homes). Your accommodation invoice or flight receipt will be required for the credit adjustment and will be shown as a credit on your final invoice. The cost is not redeemable in conjunction with any other special offer, price reduction, discounts or promotions.

You contact our office with your planned travel arrangements and day of arrival with an approximate time for when you would like to view the park. We then make the arrangement for you to come and view the park and homes (where applicable). Unfortunately an appointment is necessary to view the park, we like to keep disruption to home owners to a minimum. We do not employ high pressure sales teams and at no time during the visit will you be under any pressure or obligation to purchase. We believe that the product, once seen sells itself and if you are interested, you will contact us to complete the purchase. We will then ensure that you are given our full assistance and guide you through your purchase if required.
