CARAVANS IN THE SUN £50 AMAZON VOUCHER PRIZE DRAW
TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. The promoter is Mobile Homes Abroad Limited, trading as Caravans in the Sun, company number 05493730, whose registered office is Chartwell House, 4 St Paul’s Square, Burton-on-Trent, Staffordshire, DE14 2EF.
2. This free prize draw is open to UK residents aged 18 or over, excluding employees of the promoter, their immediate families and anyone professionally connected with the promotion.
3. No purchase is necessary. Internet access and a Facebook account are required to enter.
4. To enter, visit www.caravansinthesun.com, choose your favourite caravan or holiday home and post a link to that home in the comments beneath the original competition post.
5. Only one entry per person will be accepted. Duplicate entries, entries posted elsewhere and entries received by any other method will not be included.
6. The prize draw opens when the competition post is published and closes at 11:59pm on Friday 28th August 2026. Entries received after the closing time will not be accepted.
7. Entrants are responsible for ensuring that the link submitted is visible and directs to a caravan or holiday home listed on the Caravans in the Sun website. Entries that are incomplete, inappropriate, offensive, fraudulent or submitted using automated methods may be disqualified.
8. One winner will be chosen at random from all valid entries using a digital prize wheel. The draw will take place on Saturday 29th August 2026.
9. The winner will receive one £50 Amazon.co.uk electronic gift voucher. The prize is non-transferable and no cash alternative will be offered.
10. The winner will be announced during a Facebook Live broadcast on Saturday 29th August 2026 and contacted through a reply to their competition comment or by Facebook message. Caravans in the Sun will never ask the winner for payment or bank details to claim the prize.
11. The winner must respond within 14 days of being contacted and provide a valid email address for delivery of the e-voucher. If the winner cannot be contacted, does not respond within this period or is found to be ineligible, the promoter reserves the right to select another winner at random.
12. The prize will normally be emailed to the winner within 30 days of the draw. The winner is responsible for checking their junk or spam folder.
13. The promoter accepts no responsibility for entries that are lost, delayed, hidden, corrupted or not received due to technical problems, Facebook settings or circumstances outside the promoter’s reasonable control.
14. The promoter reserves the right to verify an entrant’s eligibility and to disqualify anyone who has breached these terms, attempted to manipulate the draw or supplied false information.
15. Personal information supplied in connection with this prize draw will be used only to administer the promotion, contact the winner and deliver the prize, in accordance with the promoter’s privacy policy. It will not be added to a marketing list without separate consent.
16. The promoter may make the winner’s surname and county available to anyone who submits a valid request within three months of the closing date. The winner may object to this information being published or may request that the amount of information published be reduced. The promoter may still be required to provide winner information to the Advertising Standards Authority.
17. If circumstances outside the promoter’s reasonable control make it necessary, the promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize with one of equal or greater value, or to amend, suspend or cancel the promotion. Entrants will not be disadvantaged unnecessarily.
18. This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by or associated with Facebook. By entering, participants release Facebook from any responsibility arising in connection with the promotion.
19. Amazon is not a sponsor of, nor otherwise associated with, this promotion. Amazon and all related marks are trademarks of Amazon.com, Inc. or its affiliates. The voucher is subject to Amazon’s applicable gift-card terms and conditions.
20. The promoter’s decision regarding the administration of the prize draw and the selection of the winner is final. Nothing in these terms limits entrants’ statutory rights.
21. By entering the prize draw, entrants confirm that they have read and accepted these terms and conditions.
22. These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Entrants retain any mandatory rights they may have under the laws applying in the part of the UK where they live.
