Yes. Benidorm Park is open 12 months a year and is suitable for both permanent and semi-permanent living. Many residents live on the park year-round, while others use their home for extended stays. Both the front-facing and side-facing demonstration models are available for transport and installation at Benidorm Park. Transport, installation, and a turnkey handover can be included, with full costs clearly explained before purchase.

Ongoing costs include the park service fee of €560 per month (payable every six months), along with utilities such as electricity, gas, water, and WiFi, plus personal living expenses. There is no council tax, and running costs are typically lower than traditional bricks-and-mortar properties.

Each home is positioned on an approx. 100m² residential plot, with space for parking and a private terrace area.

Absolutely! Both Levante Gold homes can be viewed at our UK showground in Eccleshall, and park visits to Benidorm can also be arranged. Viewing is recommended, as availability on these demonstration homes is limited.

First, visit the UK showground to view the Levante Gold homes currently available.
If you then decide to proceed, we’ll arrange a visit to Benidorm Park, where you’ll meet our local representative for a one-to-one tour of the park and surrounding area. We can also collect you from the airport, and if you go on to purchase, we’ll refund up to £150 towards your travel costs.
