Like most of our lodges, the Pinehurst comes finished in classy Mist Grey CanExel® as standard. Of course, if you want to personalise it you can upgrade to a range of stylish colours. And, you could go for sleek graphite frames for the double-glazed windows instead of standard white. The Pinehurst also comes with a fully galvanised chassis, for ultimate rust protection. If you want real all-year-round usability, you can upgrade to BS3632 (2023) residential specification. Remember if you want to live in it year-round you’ll need to be on a residential park.

With a proper three-piece suite arranged around a cosy, modern electric fire, the Pinehurst’s lounge is perfect for entertaining friends and family. Naturally, there’s a media unit for your TV and plenty of storage space for your bits and bobs. You’ll love digging your toes into the thick carpet, too. And with a lovely calming blue and grey colour scheme set off by light wood furniture, you’ll have no trouble relaxing.

They say the kitchen is the heart of your home. If that’s true, the Pinehurst has a very big heart. It’s fully fitted out with integrated appliances and there’s loads of worktop space. You’ll have plenty of room to cook – or just to spread out a takeaway. The island with bar stools makes the kitchen even more social, too. Gorgeous parquet-style flooring leads to the big patio doors, so you can enjoy fresh air and natural light. Then, when your meal is ready there’s a big, freestanding dining table with matching chairs and bench.

In the Pinehurst you don’t just get one king-size bed – you get two. There’s one in the master bedroom, complete with an ensuite bathroom and walk-in wardrobe. You’ll make the most of that one every time you visit. But then you get a second king-size room. This one doesn’t have the walk-in or the ensuite, but it’s still very comfortable and roomy, perfect for guests.

Of course, if you don’t need two king-size beds, you can swap the one in the second bedroom for a pair of 3’ single beds.

And if you want, you can have a third bedroom too, with 3’ wide single beds for more flexibility.
