This gives you a secure place for the unit while it is waiting to be sold, helping to reduce the pressure of park deadlines, ongoing fees or pitch clearance dates.
Please note that sale proceeds are only paid once the unit has sold, with all figures and costs agreed in writing before anything is moved.

Everything Is Agreed in Advance
Before your mobile home (static), lodge, touring caravan or motorhome is moved, we will provide a clear written agreement covering transportation, storage, marketing, any agreed costs, and the sales or part exchange process.
This means you know what to expect before anything is arranged.
Important Terms and Eligibility
Our Park Home Sales Service is subject to suitability, availability, inspection and written agreement before any relocation is arranged.
- The mobile home (static), lodge, touring caravan or motorhome must be suitable for relocation, storage, display and resale.
- Removal and transport costs to our showground must be agreed in advance and should not exceed £2,000 unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- All costs connected with leaving the current park, pitch or location must be fully settled by the owner before relocation.
- Any outstanding site fees, disconnection fees, pitch fees, park charges, finance, legal costs or third-party costs remain the responsibility of the owner.
- Caravans in the Sun is not responsible for costs, disputes, restrictions or permissions connected with the owner’s existing park, pitch, lease, licence, tenure or location.
- Written permission to remove the unit from its current park or location may be required before transport can be arranged.
- All sale, storage, transport, marketing, part exchange and return figures will be agreed in writing before the unit is moved.
- Acceptance onto the service is not guaranteed and is subject to space being available at our showground.
