Swimming Centre
Featuring two heated pools. Choose between the covered pool for a cosy swim even on cooler days, or the outdoor heated pool to soak up the sun. Open from 10 am to 8 pm daily from 1st April to 15th October, the swimming centre promises moments of relaxation and refreshment.

Q) What does a viewing trip include?
Viewing of development at your leisure + tour of local area. Live video tours are not currently available for this park.
In the case of a pre-owned sited home, 10% initial holding deposit will secure the home for a maximum 14-day holding period, the balance due within 28 days.

40% of initial quote payable prior to transport

Q) I wish to remain a UK citizen, but visit and enjoy my holiday home throughout the year.

Q) Do I lose my deposit?
A 10% holding deposit can be placed on any home, the deposit will be fully refundable if the home is viewed and a decision made within a 14 day period (or longer if agreed in advance) and no unreasonable costs have been accrued by the company.
In the case of a plot reservation and new home order, you may cancel at any time before the pre agreed period lapses (60% payment). The £1,000 plot deposit is not refundable.

Service fees – L1 sized plot (100-130m²) = 2,183€, L2 sized plot (131-200m²) = 2,608€, L3 sized plot (201-250m²) = 3,271€, L4 sized plot (251-300m²) = 3,770€.
Service fee is payable in advance for the year with two options – Payable in full on the 31st Dec for the coming year or in two payments on the 31st Dec and the 31st March.

Q) How long can I keep my mobile on site for?
As long as required, condition of mobile home & plot must be well maintained.
Q) Can I sell or sublet my home if required?
Subletting is not permitted. We will will market your home for sale throughout our extensive marketing campaigns, including magazines, newspapers and online advertising as well as on our website. We will find a suitable purchaser for your home, our customer service team manage all email and phone enquiries for your mobile home, we arrange the viewing trips with potential clients and will advise the customer on their choice of doing either a self drive or an accompanied viewing trip.
The company offers modern on site holiday home accommodation for the customer who is viewing a mobile home on the self drive trip and they also escort the customers from the UK for an accompanied viewing trip which is all subsidised within our costs if the buyer purchases your home. We also complete all of the administration, including your 19.6% TVA due to the French authorities. Please bear in mind that our commission charge does not include the costs charged by your park to sell your mobile home, please ask your site owner / manager for these costs as they may vary from park to park. All of these costs are added to the amount you would like to recoup from the sale of your mobile home to enable you to receive the full amount you would like from the sale of your mobile home.
