Prize Draw – Terms & Conditions

Caravans In The Sun Flight –  Prize Draw Terms and Conditions 

 

  1. By entering the prize draw you are agreeing to this prize draw terms and conditions.
  2. The prize draw is being run by Mobile Homes Abroad Limited trading as Caravans In The Sun
  3. The prize draw is open to entrants over 18 years of age 
  4. Caravans In The Sun staff members and their families are excluded from the draw
  5. In entering the prize draw, you confirm that you are eligible to do so and eligible to claim any prize you may win. 
  6. A maximum of one entry per household is permitted. 
  7. The prize draw is free to enter. 

How to enter 

  1. The prize draw will include entrants who have handed in their form at the October Event, either on Saturday 1st October or Sunday 2nd October. Entries after that time and date will not be included in the draw. 
  2. To enter the prize draw simply attend the October Event either on Saturday 1st October or Sunday 2nd October, and bring a copy of this entry form filled in:
  3. Caravans In The Sun will not accept responsibility if the contact details provided are incomplete or inaccurate. 

The prize 

  1. The prize will be a return flight per person for 2 adults to visit (to any Park on the Caravans In The Sun website) including lunch and a park tour. Accommodation is not included.
  2. The winner will be drawn at random. 
  3. The prize is non-exchangeable and non-transferable and no cash alternatives will be offered. 
  4. We reserve the right to substitute prizes with another prize of equal or higher value if circumstances beyond our control make it necessary to do so. 
  5. The decision of Caravans In The Sun regarding any aspect of the prize draw is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into about it. 

Winner announcement 

  1. The winner will be notified from the 7th of October 2022 to the 16th of October 2022  via the Phone number submitted on the form.
  2. Caravans In The Sun will attempt to contact the winner by phone up to five times over seven days.
  3. If a message is left, the winner has a further 7 days to respond by phone. After which they will lose their right to the prize, and Caravans In The Sun reserves the right to choose and notify a new winner.

Receipt of the prize 

  1. Caravans in the Sun will work with the winner on delivery arrangements based on the dates of the flight required, and they will be made through mutual agreement regarding the arrangement of the flight. 

Data protection and publicity 

  1. You consent to any personal information you provide in entering the prize draw being used by Caravans In The Sun for the purposes of administering the prize draw, and for those purposes as defined within our privacy notice. 
  2. All entrants may apply for details of the winning participant by contacting us at sales@caravansinthesun.com 
  3. The winner agrees to the release of their first name and town of residence to any other prize draw participants if requested via Caravans In The Sun
  4. An announcement of the winner’s first name and the town of residence will be published on the website
  5. All personal information shall be used in accordance with Caravans In The Sun privacy notice.

Limitation of Liability 

  1. Caravans In The Sun does not accept any liability for any damage, loss, injury or disappointment suffered by any entrants as a result of either participating in the prize draw or being selected for a prize, save that Caravans In The Sun does not exclude its liability for death or personal injury as a result of its own negligence. 
  2. Caravans In The Sun does not provide any form of practical or IT support for this prize. On receipt, all responsibilities relating to the warranty and the product are that of the prize winner. 

General 

  1. Caravans In The Sun reserves the right to cancel the prize draw or amend these terms and conditions at any time, without prior notice. 
  2. The prize draw and these terms and conditions will be governed by English law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
