We are looking to recruit a motivated, experienced and competent maintenance and installation technician to join our rapidly expanding property team in Spain. This role suits an enthusiastic, reliable, professional, who is proud of their work and is a team player.
About the Role
You will be requested to carry out a range of maintenance and installation activities, dependent upon your experience, including:
• Carpentry and joinery
• Plumbing
• Basic electrical installations
• Lighting, repairs, and light construction activities
• Interior decoration and finishing
• Outdoor maintenance and landscaping
• Site levelling and small structural repairs
• General property and maintenance
• Plumbing

What We’re Looking For
• Proven experience across several trades
• Good English (spoken and written)
• Legal right to work in Spain / valid EU work permit
• Willingness to travel between sites, when needed
• Valid driving licence and own vehicle
• Relevant health and safety knowledge or certifications
• High attention to detail and strong workmanship standards
