2) What does a viewing trip include?
- Viewing the development at your leisure and tour the local area with a Team Representative.
3) How much deposit is required?
- Our friendly team can advise and offer pre agreed, flexible terms to suit most individual circumstances, such as house sales, Visa applications and retirement.

4) Part exchange options?
- Good condition UK or EU based caravans and touring caravans may be considered in part exchange.
5) What is included in the purchase price of the home?
Fully furnished home, sited and connected on to your plot. In some cases enhancements such as a terrace/ awnings and air conditioning systems are included. (*see individual deals for details)
5a) Are there any additional fees to pay
- Annual service fees (also referred to as ground rent) payable to the park for the plot rental
- Annual Home insurance (arranged independently)
- Per person camper charge / day visitor (2 person included FOC within contract) = Adult age 13+ €7.50 / Child age 12 & under €6.00 per day
6) What are the running costs (At time of writing)?

- Monthly service fees for orange plot of €560 – Payable each 6 months in advance.
- Gas bottles – €23.00 (Propane) – Current local market cost (deposit payable in advance of usage)
- Electricity – .43€ KW / Current local rate (deposit payable in advance of usage)
- WiFi – 0.33€ per day (Approx €10.00 per month) (deposit payable in advance of usage)
- Water – Free – Included within the service fee
7) What are the plot sizes?
- Orange plot approx 100m2 – Ideal for the homes, parking and terrace.
- Ideal for residential living
8) How long can I keep my mobile home on site for?
- As long as required, condition of the home and plot must be well maintained.
9) Can I sell my mobile home if required?
- Yes, we can advertise your mobile home for sale on our website, please click here to view our home resale service.
- The park encourages visits from friends and family, however to maintain the exclusive ‘residential’ ambience, commercial subletting isn’t permitted here by owners.
