Breathtaking landscapes, historical landmarks and remarkable culinary delights are just one part of the lifestyle enjoyed by our homeowners on Toscana Holiday Village.
From as early as February, there is the smell of BBQ’s on the terraces and in the private gardens with the fantastic weather. This idyllic wooded park is set within the rolling Tuscan hills, with fruit trees, flowering shrubs and plants growing throughout. Some of the homes are on an elevated position offering spectacular sunset views. Others are on private plots surrounded by greenery and fruit trees.
On site at Toscana – which is open all year round – there is an ambient pool area with live entertainment, bar and restaurant/pizzeria which offers loyalty discounts to the residents. Pets are allowed and subletting is permitted which we will assist with (more info below).
Sight Seeing & Local Attractions
Pisa is 25 minute’s drive away but also there is a bus route to Pisa with a bus stop outside the park. Immediately outside the park are countless walks and trails through the picturesque countryside. You might even be lucky enough to spot deer, porcupines, wart hogs or even a wolf! It is a haven for birdwatchers as Tuscany is a place where the majestic Golden Eagle might be seen.
A 30 minute drive will bring you to the Tuscan coastline where there are 16 Blue Flag beaches to explore. Then, out to Pisa, you have the famous attractions of the Leaning Tower of Pisa, the Cathedral of Santa Maria Assunta and the Cathedral Museum to name but a few. 40 minutes from Toscana Holiday Village is Florence and the trainline can take you to anywhere you want to explore in Italy; the possibilities are endless.
Options for You
We have homes available starting at £12,495 and the service fee at Toscana starts at £299 per month when paid in advance. To make owning your own home on this beautiful park easier we have a number of options to help:
- Live Video Viewings – If there is a home you have seen on our website, we can arrange for our on site reps – Chiara and Chiara to show you around on a live video call. Get in touch via sales@caravansinthesun.com or call 0800 644 4546.
- Reserve a Home in One Call for £995 – We offer a fully refundable deposit scheme whereby we will hold a property for you for £995 until you are able to view in person. If you change your mind, we will refund this back to you in full.
- 50/50 Payment Plan – We offer the option where you can pay 50% deposit and start using your home immediately! The rest of the balance is then paid in 36 monthly instalments.
- Fully Managed Letting Service – When you vacate your property we can arrange for your home to be let out. We will manage all aspects of this so you maximise the use of your property and provide an income to help cover the service fees / costs of your property.
