In the meantime here is some info on the Kefalonia site and the surrounding area, plus the mobile homes we have for sale at the moment.
A historic area with crystal blue waters, fabulous beaches, rugged landscape and relaxed atmosphere
The mobile home park is shaded by many olive trees and is located directly opposite the shallow water beach.
The town of Argostoli is within walking distance (approximately 5€ by taxi) and has a lush Botanical Garden, the Archaeological Museum with findings from the Mycenaean, Hellenistic and Roman eras, the beautiful church of Saint Spyridon and a range of bars and restaurants to suit all tastes and budgets.
Argostoli, also sometimes Argostolion, is the capital and main port town of Kefalonia and one of the stop-off points for Cruise liners.
Kefalonia is partially pedestrianised with bars and shops with a central Square with open air seating restaurants and bars.
This mobile home park is open all year round and has onsite restaurant, playground and launderette and its right next to the beach. The annual service fee is very low at 2,850€.
You can bring your pets and when you vacate you can sublet your property to make the very most of your investment. When you arrive at the airport your mobile home is only 20 minutes drive away!
