Caravans in the Sun is seeking a motivated and customer focused Sales Advisor to support our growing operations across four established mobile home parks located within one hour of Málaga. This role involves facilitating and conducting property viewings, guiding international clients through the purchase process, and representing our company to prospective buyers looking for a permanent or holiday home in Spain.
This is a commission based role suited to someone who is energetic, reliable and already based in the Costa del Sol area.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct property viewings across our mobile home parks
- Act as the main point of contact for prospective buyers
- Guide clients through the purchase journey from enquiry to completion
- Coordinate viewings and appointments with clients
- Represent the company professionally to international customers
- Assist with photography and promotional content for listings
- Maintain accurate records using CRM and Google applications
- Support marketing and sales activity where required

Requirements
Applicants must:
- Be currently based in the Costa del Sol area
- Hold legal residency and working rights in Spain
- Have their own transport and a valid driving licence
- Speak fluent English (Spanish or another EU language is advantageous)
- Have a sales or customer facing background
- Be confident working with international clients
- Be comfortable using CRM systems and Google apps
- Experience in property, tourism, or customer service is beneficial but not essential.
